- .^^ff^;-'fs^^'t^^fi\f- d&^&r'Zr&i&PTi WX?^^'1:-KAISERLICHESPATENTAMT.Die Krfindung bezieht sich auf Bleclistiicke, ι welche in beliebigem Querschnitt gezogen oder gepreßt sind, und deren Widerstandsfähigkeit durch Angießen von Querrippen erhöht wird. Derartige Blechstücke können im Maschinen-, Hoch-, Schiff- oder Eisenbahnbau für jede geeignete Form und Stärke Verwendung finden.In beiliegender Zeichnung zeigt beispielsweiseFig. ι den Querschnitt,
Fig. 2 und 3 die Vorderansichten einer Roll- oder Schwebebahn,Fig. 4 den Querschnitt und

..'...■ Die Querschnittgestaltung der Blechstücke kann bekanntlich die Biegungsfestigkeit in ao Richtung der hierdurch entstehenden Längsrippen vergrößern, verhindert aber nicht eine Formänderung quer zu den gezogenen oder gepreßten Längsrippen. Um auch hier die gewünschte Widerstandsfähigkeit zu erzielen, werden an diese Blechstücke je nach Bedarf Querrippen angegossen. Zu diesen Querrippen wird ein beliebiges Metall benutzt; z. B. wo es sich um eine besondere Leichtigkeit handelt, wird eine Aluminiumlegierung verwendet.Bei der Roll- oder Schwebebahn (Fig. 1 bis 3) ist α das röhrenförmig gezogene oder gepreßte Blechstück, welches für den Lauf der Rollwagen auf der unteren Seite' einen Spalt hat. Die Fig. 1 zeigt nun, daß ein Auseinanderspreizen oder Zusammendrücken des Blechstückes durch seitliche Kräfte leicht möglich ist; dies verhindern die angegossenen Querrippen b (Fig. 1 und 2). Man erhält hierdurch eine sehr leichte und Widerstands-'. fähige Rollbahn.In Fig. 4 und. 5 ist ein Blechträger angegeben, bei welchem die Querrippen b auf der inneren Seite angegossen sind.Fig. 6 stellt eine aus Blech gezogene Säule dar. Um eine Formänderung des Querschnittes zu verhindern, sind wieder Querrippen angegossen. Der hohle Raum kann ,mit Zement ausgefüllt werden, um die Festigkeit noch weiter zu erhöhen.In Fig. 7 ist ein gezogenes oder gepreßtes Blechstück mit angegossenen Querrippen dargestellt, wie es zur Bildung von Wänden dienen kann. Die Seitenflächen können zwecks Bildung größerer Wandflächen aneinandergeschraubt werden.
