Die erfindungsgemäß erhaltenen Organosiliciumverbindungen eignen
sich als oberflächenaktive Mittel bei der Herstellung von Polyurethanschäumen,
als Emulgatoren für Organopolysiloxanöle .und als Schmiermittel.
Die erfindungsgemäß als Ausgangsmaterlal verwendeten, eine Epoxygruppe
enthaltenden Organosxliciumverb .ndungen können bis zu
39,999 Mol?ä Mischpolymere Siloxaneinheiten der allgemeinen Formel

Als Beispiele für Lev/is-Säur en seien Zinnchlorid, AlCl,,
BF,-Ätherat und PeCl, genannt.
Bei.dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren findet in erster Linie
eine Umsetzung der Hydroxylgruppen des Alkohols mit der Epoxygruppe statt. Dagegen ist keine nennenswerte Reaktion zv/ischen
der Epoxygruppe und etwaigen sekundären Hydroxylgruppen oder siliciumgebundenem Wasserstoff zu beobachten, solange noch primäre
Hydroxylgruppen vorhanden sind.
Die Umsetzung wird zweckmäßigerweise bei einem Molverhältnis von
mindestens 1 Mol Alkohol je Mol Epoxygruppen in dem Organosiliciumepoxyd
durchgeführt.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Organosiliciuiaepoxyde können
nach den in der deutschen Patentschrift 1 061 321 beschriebenen Verfahren erhalten werden. Nach einem dieser Verfahren
können Epoxyverbindungen mit aliphatischen Mehrfachbindungen,
beispielsweise Allylglycidylather oder Butadien-Monoepoxyd,
an SiH-Gruppen im Molekül enthaltende Verbindungen, zweckmäßig in Gegenwart von Platinkatalysatoren, vorzugsweise bei Temperaturen
unterhalb 100° angelagert werden. Nach einem anderen in der genannten Patentschrift beschriebenen Verfahren werden
Organosiliciumverbindungen, die eine durch Si-C-Bindung an das Si-Atom gebundene C=C-Gruppe im Molekül enthalten, mit Persäuren,
beispielsweise iait Peressigsäure behandelt. Das letztere Verfahren
eignet sich besonders dann, wenn a= 0 ist. Diese Umsetzung

misches der OrganosiliciumverMndung mit der Persäure durchrfuhren.
Als Beispiele für zweiwertige Kohlenwasserstoffreste R seien
Methylen-, Äthylen-, Butylen-, Phenylen-, Xenylen-, Tolylen-
genannt. Diese Reste können halogeniert sein,-wie Chloräthylen-, Fluoräthylen-, Bromphenylen- oder Bromxenylenreste.
Sie können auch durch Äther-Sauerstoff-Atome unterbrochen

Vorzugsweise hat m einen Wert von 1 bis 2 000.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren können sowohl Monoglylcole
als auch Polyoxyalkylenglykole eingesetzt werden. In den Polyoxyalkylenglykolen
können die Reste R1 untereinander gleich oder verschieden
sein. -
Als Beispiele für. Kohlenwasserstoffreste B seien Methyl-, Äthyl-,
Butyl-, Octadecyl-, Allyl-, Hexenyi-, Isopupyl-, Phenyl-, Xenyl-,
■ToIyI-, Cyclohexyl-, Cyclohexenyl-, Benzyl- oder ß-Phenyläthylreste
genannt. Diese Reste können halogeniert sein, wie beispielsweise
ß-Chloräthyl-, Brompropyl-, Chlorphenyl-, Perfluoräthyl-,
Chi orcyclohexyl-, Chlorallyl-, Brommethallyl- oder Bromxenylreste,
oder durch Äther-Sauer stoff-Atome unterbrochen sein, wie -Cg1Hv. OCgH,-,
-OH(CH2OC2H5)2, -GH2CH2OCH5 oder -"CH2OCH5^
Die Verwendung von Organosiloxanen, bei denen R" Methylreste be- .
deutet, ist in der. deutschen Auslegeschrift 1 153 1.66 beschrieben.

Herstellung von erfindungsgemäß zu verwendendem Ausgangsina t er ial (A)
Nach hier nicht beanspruchtem Verfahren wird Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxan
bei Raumtemperatur mit Tetramethyldisiloxan in Gggenwart einer katalytischen Menge Schwefelsäure 20 Stdn.
äquilibriert, dann die Säure mit Natriumbikarbonat neutralisiert. Man erhält ein Organosiloxan der Formel

Dieses Siloxan setzt man mit einem 5O5"°igen molaren Überschuß
an Allylglycidyläther in Gegenwart von 1 g einer Butanollösung von Chlorplatinsäure mit einem Gehalt von 1 Gw.fo Platin um. Die
Mischung wird über Nacht gerührt und anschließend der überschüssige Allylglycidyläther abdestilliert. Das erhaltene Öl entspricht der

46 g der nach obigem Verfahren erhaltenen Verbindung werden erfindungsgemäß
mit 200 g des Monobutyläthers eines Mischpolymeren aus jeweils bO Gev/,',ό Äthylenoxyd und Propylenoxyd mit 80 Alkylenoxyd-Einheiten
je Molekül, 0,1) g SnCl. als Katalysator und 2bO ecm
Benzol gemischt. Die Mischung v/ird über lischt bei 45° gerührt,
dann filtriert und durch Destillieren vom Lösungsmittel befreit. Der Rückstand hat eine Viskosität von 2062 cSt/250, einen Brechungsindex von 1,454-4- und entspricht der iOrmel

mischt.· Die Temperatur steigt dabei auf 90°. Das Reaktionsprodukt
wird mit alkoholischem Kaliumhydroxyd alkalisch gemacht,
mit CO2 neutralisiert, "bei 100°/Ίθ° mm Hg von flüchtigen Bestandteile
"befreit und filtriert. Das so erhaltene Öl hat eine
Viskosität von 900 eSt/25° und entspricht der Formel

Herstellung von erfindungsgemäß zu verwendendem Ausgangsmaterial (B)
Nach hier nicht beanspruchtem Verfahren wird 1 Mol Tetrainethyldisiloxan
mit 1 Mol AllyIglycidylather nach der unter (A) beschriebenen
Arbeitsweise zu der Verbindung der Formel

umgesetzt.
Bin Gemisch aus dieser Verbindung und 1 Mol Vinylpentamethyldisiloxan
wird in Gegenwart von 1 g der in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Katalysatorlösung auf 150° erwärmt. Hach Destillation
bei 120 - 140°/ 1 mm erhält man ein Destillat mit einer Dichte von 0,930, einem Brechungsindex von 1,4346.

Ein Gemisch aus 143 g der Verbindung der Formel

worin der Wert von χ einem Molekulargewicht der Gesamtverbindung
von 1430 entspricht, 200 g Polyäthylenglykol-inonomethvläther vom
Molekulargewicht 750 und 5 g Bortrifluorid-ltherat wird in 650 ml
Benzol über Nacht auf 50° bis 8O0C erwärmt. Dann werden die bis zu
70°C/20 mm Hg siedenden Bestandteile aus dem Reaktionsgeuiiscii
abdestilliert. Der Rückstand ist eine klare hellgelbe Flüssigkeit mit einer Viskosität von 2200 cSt/25°C.
