Neuerungen an Bratpfannen.
Zusatz-Patent zu No. 987 vom 23. September 1877.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 3. November 1880 ab. Längste Dauer: 22. September 1892.
Das Abweichende vorliegender Bratpfanne von der unter No. 987 patentirten besteht nur in der Form der Gefäfse, während die Function genau dieselbe bleibt.
Statt des Behälters, welcher im Innern der Pfanne auf einem Rost steht, ist als Neuerung der Topf α in den äufseren Topf b derart eingehängt, dafs beide Töpfe zwischen sich eine Luftschicht lassen; die Oefmungen c und c' vermitteln den Eintritt der erhitzten Luft in den Behälter a.

  1. PATENT-AnSpruch:
    Die Anordnung des inneren Topfes α in dem Topf b derart, dafs zwischen beiden eine Luftschicht bleibt und die erhitzte Luft durch Oeffnungen ecm das Innere des Topfes α gelangen kann.
