Claims (4)

Vorrichtung zum Spritzen von geschmolzenem thermoplastischen Material aus einer unter Druck stehenden Materialquelle Übersetzung der Patentansprüche der europäischen Patentanmeldung 84 303 958.7 (0 13 75 81) PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Vorrichtung zum Spritzen von geschmolzenem thermoplastischen Material aus einer unter Druck stehenden Materialquelle
mit einer Bedienungseinheit, die einen ersten Durchflußkanal für das geschmolzene thermoplastische Material aufweist;

mit einer abnehmbaren Spritzeinheit, die an der Vorderfläche der Bedienungseinheit befestigbar ist; und bei der die Bedienungseinheit ein Filter und ein Steuerventil aufweist, das mit dem ersten Durchflußkanal in Fließverbindung steht, um den Strom geschmolzenen Materials zu der Spritzeinheit zu filtern und zu steuern.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bedienungseinheit einen zweiten Durchflußkanal aufweist, der gegenüber dem ersten Durchflußkanal und einer öffnung auf der Rückfläche der Bedienungseinheit spitzwinklig angeordnet ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten Durchflußkanäle sich gegenseitig schneiden;
daß in der Bedienungseinheit eine Heizvorrichtung und in dem zweiten Durchflußkanal ein Filter vorgesehen ist, der mit dem ankommenden,geschmolzenen Material in Verbindung steht; und
daß innerhalb des zweiten Durchflußkanals eine Flußsteuervorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die mit dem ankommenden, geschmolzenen Material in Verbindung steht.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flußsteuervorrichtung einen länglichen Körper mit einer Zentralbohrung und der Körper eine Mehrzahl von mit der Bohrung in Verbindung
stehenden Durchlässen aufweist;
daß innerhalb der Bohrung ein Ventilsitz angeordnet ist und
daß eine einstellbare Ventilnadel vorgesehen ist, die zwischen einer Position/ in der sie auf dem Ventilsitz aufsitzt und den Fluß geschmolzenen Materials zur Spritzeinheit unterbindet/ und einer anderen Position bewegbar ist, in der sie von dem Ventilsitz um einen ausgewählten Abstand entfernt ist und einen bestimmbaren Fluß geschmolzenen Materials zu der Spritzeinheit zuläßt.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filter eine zylindrische Filterfolie aufweist, die den länglichen Körper im Bereich der Durchlässe umgibt.
