Abstract

Monozytenproliferationsmittel bestehend aus mindestens einem aus der Gruppe aus Flt-3L, IL-3 und IFN-γ und zur Verwendung vor der Behandlung zur Differenzierung von Monozyten in dendritische Zellen.

Claims (15)

  1. Monozytenproliferationsmittel bestehend aus mindestens einem aus der Gruppe aus Flt-3L, IL-3 und IFN-γ und zur Verwendung vor der Behandlung zur Differenzierung von Monozyten in dendritische Zellen.
  2. Monozytenproliferationskulturmedium enthaltend mindestens eines ausgewählt aus der Gruppe aus Flt-3L, IL-3 und IFN-γ und zur Verwendung vor der Behandlung zur Differenzierung von Monozyten in dendritische Zellen.
  3. Monozytenproliferationskulturmedium nach Anspruch 2, des Weiteren umfassend GM-CSF.
  4. Monozytenherstellungsverfahren umfassend einen Proliferationsschritt der Kultivierung eines Monozytenmaterials in dem Monozytenproliferationskulturmedium nach Anspruch 2 oder 3 um den Monozyten die Proliferation zu ermöglichen.
  5. Monozytenherstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Monozytenmaterial eine Mischung enthaltend Monozyten und eine von Monozyten verschiedene Leukozytenkomponente ist.
  6. Monozytenherstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, des Weiteren umfassend einen Reduktionsschritt der Inhaltsreduktion einer von Monozyten verschiedenen Komponente in Körperflüssigkeit um das Monozytenmaterial vor dem Proliferationsschritt zu erhalten.
  7. Monozytenherstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Reduktion unter Verwendung von Magnetkügelchen erfolgt, die eine höhere Affinität in Bezug auf mindestens eines ausgewählt aus der Gruppe aus Monozyten, von Monozyten verschiedene Leukozytenkomponenten, Plasma und Erythrozyten im Monozytenmaterial aufweist im Vergleich zu den anderen.
  8. Monozytenherstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei das Monozytenmaterial aus 100 ml oder weniger peripherem Blut hergestellt wird.
  9. Monozytenherstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei das Verfahren keinen Kryokonservierungsschritt der Kryokonservierung der Monozyten umfasst.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung von dendritischen Zellen, umfassend: einen Monozytenherstellungsschritt der Herstellung von Monozyten mittels dem Monozytenherstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4–9 und einen Differenzierungsschritt der Differenzierung der in dem Monozytenherstellungsverfahren hergestellten Monozyten in dendritische Zellen.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung von dendritischen Zellen nach Anspruch 10, wobei in dem Differenzierungsschritt die Monozyten in einem Kulturmedium kultiviert werden, das mindestens eines aus der Gruppe aus Flt-3L, IL-3 und IFN-γ enthält.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung von dendritischen Zellen nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, des Weiteren umfassend einen Pulsierungsschritt des Pulsierens der dendritischen Zellen.
  13. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dendritischen Zellen-Impfstoffes, umfassend: einen dendritische Zellen-Herstellungsschritt der Herstellung von dendritischen Zellen mittels der Verfahren der Herstellung dendritischer Zellen nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12 und einen Präparationsschritt der Präparation eines dendritischen Zellen-Impfstoffes aus den dendritischen Zellen aus dem dendritischen Zellen-Herstellungsschritt.
  14. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dendritischen Zellen-Impfstoffes nach Anspruch 13, wobei das Verfahren keinen Kryokonservierungsschritt der Kryokonservierung von mindestens einem der Monozyten und der dendritischen Zellen umfasst.
  15. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dendritischen Zellen-Impfstoffes nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, wobei das Monozytenmaterial aus Körperflüssigkeit hergestellt wird, die dem Subjekt abgenommen wurde, dem der dendritische Zellen-Impfstoff verabreicht wird.
