Description

KAISERLICHES
PATENTAMT.
Das auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellte Rühr- und Quetschwerk ist vorzugsweise für die Fettindustrie — zur Herstellung consistenter Schmierfette u. s. w. — bestimmt, kann aber auch in anderen Betrieben Verwendung finden. Von den bereits bekannten Maschinen dieser Art unterscheidet es sich hauptsächlich dadurch , dafs besondere Quetschwalzen und Schlitten angeordnet sind, welche das zu verarbeitende Material an den Seitenwandungen und am Boden der Rührtrommel zerquetschen.
Die Antriebswelle α ist durch den Boden der Rührtrommel b hindurch verlängert und ruht unten in einem Spurlager α1; sie erhält ihren Antrieb mittels einer Schneckenübersetzung a2. An dem im Innern der Trommel b befindlichen Theil der Welle α sitzt das Gestell c, welches an einer Seite die Walzen d zum Zerquetschen des Materials an der Trommelwandung und an der anderen Seite die Rührflügelwellen e e1 sowie unten den Schlitten d1 trägt; der letztere zerdrückt das Material am Boden der Trommel.
Die Wellen e e1 sind durch Getriebe e2 e3 mit einander verbunden. Oben an der Welle e sitzt ein Planetenrad e4, welches in den festliegenden Zahnkranz e5 eingreift und dadurch die Rührflügel bei der Drehung der Welle a in Bewegung setzt.
Da die obere Oeffnung der Trommel b gänzlich frei ist und sich durch dieselbe das ganze Gestell c leicht abheben läfst, so kann man die Trommel und alle diejenigen Theile, welche mit dem verarbeiteten Material in Berührung gekommen sind, bequem reinigen.

  1. Patent-Anspruch:
    Rühr- und Quetschwerk, gekennzeichnet durch die Anordnung von senkrechten Quetschwalzen (d) zum Zerquetschen des Materials an denCylinderwandungen und eines Schlittens(dl), welcher das Material am Boden des Cylinders zerquetscht.
