Verfahren zur Dekoremaillierung von Guß- oder Stahlblechteilen großen Formats Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Dekoremai erung von Guß- oder Stahlblechteilen großen Formats, beispielsweise von öfen und Herden, wie es Gegenstand der Patentanmeldung B61242V1b/ 48c (deutsche Auslegeschrift 1212818) ist. Nach diesem Verfahren wird eine mit einbrennbaren Schmelzfarben versehene Kunstharzfolie auf das mit einer Trägeremailschicht verschene Teil aufgelegt und einem Dekerbrand unterworfen, bei dem die. Kunstharzfolie verdampft, während die Schmelzfarben in das Trägeremail einschmelzen und das ge- wünschte Dekor bilden. Erfindungsgemäß wird zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe vorgeschlagen, daß bei Verwendung einer ungebrannten Trägeremailschicht dem Emailschlicker eine Binderlösung beigemischt und der so vorbehan-delte Schlicker auf dem Guß-oder Blechteil vordem Auflegen der Kunstharzfolie bei etwa 120' C aufgetrocknet wird. Auf diese Weise erhält man -eine griffeste und wasserun-durchlässige Oberfläche, auf welche die mit Schmelzfarben oder Emailfarben versehene Kunstharzfolie ohne Schwierigkeiten und besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen aufgelegt werden kann. Trägeremail und Farbdekor werden einem,einzigen Brand unterworfen, wodurch eine erhebliche Verbilligung und Qualitätssteigerung eintritt.The invention is based on the object of enabling the decoration film to be placed on the unfired enamel without difficulties or disadvantages occurring. Verfahren zur Dekoremaillierung von Guß-oder Stahlblechteüen großen Formats, beispielsweise von öfen und Herden, mittels einer mit ,einem Schmelzfarbendekoir bedruckten Kunstharzfolie auf Polyesterbasis nach P.atentanmeldun- B 61242 VI b / 48 c (deutsche Ausle,--cschrift 1212818), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung einer ungebrannten Trägeremailschicht dem Emailschlicker eine Binderlösung beigemischt und &r so vorbehandelte Schlicker auf dem Guß- oder Blechteil vordem Auflegen der Kunstharzfolie bei etwa 80 bis 1201 C aufgetrocknet wird.
