Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandinnenplatte zum Bedecken der Rauminnenseite einer Hausaußen- oder -innenwand im Innenausbau eines Gebäudes mit einer die Außenfläche bildenden Außenschicht und einer zwischen Außenschicht und Wand befindlichen Zwischenschicht, wobei die Außenschicht von einer festen oberen Platte aus mindestens einem anorganischen insbesondere mineralischen Stoff und die Zwischenschicht von einem Vlies gebildet ist.
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandinnenplatte zum Bedecken der Rauminnenseite einer Hausaußen- oder -innenwand im Innenausbau eines Gebäudes mit einer die Außenfläche bildenden Außenschicht und einer zwischen Außenschicht und Wand befindlichen Zwischenschicht.
- Es sind die unterschiedlichsten Platten zum Innenverkleiden von Hauswänden bekannt. Häufig haben sie keine ausreichende Dampfdiffusionsfähigkeit oder sie bilden keine ausreichende Wärmedämmung. Auch bieten sie meistens keine feste dichte Außenfläche zum Tapezieren oder für einen Farbanstrich.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine bauphysikalisch robuste Wandinnenplatte der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen mit ausreichender Stabilität, hoher Feuchte-Dampfdiffusionsfähigkeit, Kondensat tolerierend mit hohem Austrocknungspotential, geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit und mit einer festen Außenfläche zum Tapezieren, Streichen oder Verputzen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Außenschicht von einer festen oberen Platte aus mindestens einem anorganischen insbesondere mineralischen Stoff und die Zwischenschicht von einem Vlies gebildet ist.
- Eine solche Wandinnenplatte besitzt aufgrund ihrer Außenschicht aus anorganischen insbesondere mineralischen Stoffen/Komponenten eine hohe Stabilität mit einer festen Außenfläche und die darunter befindliche Zwischenschicht aus Vlies sorgt für eine optimale Wärmedämmung. Hierbei weist die gesamte Platte eine hohe Feuchte-/Dampfdiffusionsfähigkeit mit einem sd Wert von 0–5 m und ein optimales Brandverhalten auf, da sie schwer entflammbar ist.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der erfindungsgemäßen Wandinnenplatte sind in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführt.
- Verschiedenste Ausführungsbeispiele werden im Folgenden näher beschrieben. Hierbei zeigt die Zeichnung eine an einer Wand befestigte Wandinnenplatte im Schnitt.
- Die Wandinnenplatte (Hybrid platte) besitzt als Außenschicht
1 eine feste obere Platte aus mineralischen Komponenten wie Blähglas, Perlite, Bims oder einem anderen leichten anorganischen Stoff mit einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit kleiner 0,1 W/(m2K). Die Partikel sind vorzugsweise mit Wasserglas oder auch synthetischen Bindern verfestigt. Die Außenschicht1 bildet eine feste Außenfläche3 , die sich optimal tapezieren, streichen oder verputzen lässt. - Die darunter befindliche, an der Innenseite einer Wand
4 befestigbare Zwischenschicht2 besteht aus einem Spinn-, Nadel-, Meltblownvlies oder aus einer Kombination der genannten Materialien. Das Vlies wird bevorzugt nachträglich thermisch oder chemisch nachverfestigt. Für die Fasern des Vlieses werden synthetische Kunststofffasern bevorzugt wie Polyesterfasern oder Bicofasern mit Polyesteranteil aber auch Mineral-, Glas- oder Cellulose-haltige Fasern verwendet. - Alternativ besteht die Zwischenschicht
2 aus einem Aerogel mit einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit von kleiner 0,025 W/(m2K). Die zwei Komponenten der Hybridplatte werden entweder mit den Bindern der verwendeten Komponenten verklebt oder mit einem synthetischen oder mineralischen Kleber. - Die erfindungsgemäße Wandinnenplatte besitzt folgende Eigenschaften:
- • Eine feste tapezierfähige/streichbare/putzbare Oberfläche.
- • Sie ist diffusionsoffen (sd Wert 0–5 m bevorzugt 0,5–2 m gemäß E DIN 4108-3: 2012-01) mit einem hohen Austrocknungspotential, damit die Wand als Feuchtigkeitsspeicher erhalten bleibt und Feuchtigkeit aus der Wand in den Raum austrocknen kann.
- • Eine Schicht hat mindestens eine Wärmeleitfähigkeit von kleiner 0,035 W/(m2K).
- • Sie ist eine Platte nach EN 13501-1 Klassifizierung von Bauprodukten und Bauarten zu ihrem Brandverhalten – Teil 1: Klassifizierung mit den Ergebnissen aus den Prüfungen zum Brandverhalten von Bauprodukten mindestens B.
- • Die Größe beträgt mindestens 40 × 60 cm; maximal 150 × 260 cm; bevorzugt 70 × 100 cm bis 100 × 160 cm.
- • Die mineralische Außenschicht
1 besitzt eine Dicke von 5 mm bis 50 mm, bevorzugt 8 bis 30 mm. - • Die Zwischenschicht
2 besitzt als Vliesschicht eine Dicke von 5 mm bis 100 mm, bevorzugt 10 mm bis 60 mm. Bei Verwendung von Aerogel 1 mm bis 50 mm, bevorzugt 2 bis 10 mm. - ZITATE ENTHALTEN IN DER BESCHREIBUNG

Claims (16)
- Wandinnenplatte zum Bedecken der Rauminnenseite einer Hausaußen- oder -innenwand (
4 ) im Innenausbau eines Gebäudes mit einer die Außenfläche (3 ) bildenden Außenschicht (1 ) und einer zwischen Außenschicht und Wand befindlichen Zwischenschicht (2 ), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschicht (1 ) von einer festen oberen Platte aus mindestens einem anorganischen insbesondere mineralischen Stoff und die Zwischenschicht (2 ) von einem Vlies gebildet ist. - Wandinnenplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschicht (
1 ) aus einem leichten anorganischen Stoff mit einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit kleiner 0,1 W/m2K besteht. - Wandinnenplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschicht (
1 ) aus einem mineralischen Stoff wie Blähglas, Perlite und/oder Bims besteht. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Partikel der Außenschicht (
1 ) mit Wasserglas oder einem synthetischen Binder wie Acrylat-, Epoxid-, Latex- oder ähnliche Binder verfestigt sind. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschicht (
1 ) eine Dicke von 5 bis 50 mm, vorzugsweise von 8 bis 30 mm aufweist. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenschicht (
2 ) aus einem Spinn-, Nadel- und/oder Meltblownvlies besteht. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern des Vlieses der Zwischenschicht (
2 ) synthetische Kunststofffasern insbesondere Polyesterfasern oder Bikofasern mit Polyesteranteil sind. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern des Vlieses der Zwischenschicht (
2 ) Mineral-, Glas- oder Cellulose-haltige Fasern sind. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern des Vlieses der Zwischenschicht (
2 ) thermisch und/oder chemisch nachverfestigt sind. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenschicht (
2 ) eine Dicke von 5 bis 100 mm, vorzugsweise von 10 bis 60 mm aufweist. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenschicht (
2 ) aus einem Vlies mit einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit von kleiner 0,035 W/m2K besteht. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenschicht (
2 ) aus einem Silicat-Aerogel mit einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit von kleiner 0,025 W/m2K besteht. - Wandinnenplatte nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aerogel-Zwischenschicht (
2 ) eine Dicke von 1 bis 50 mm, vorzugsweise von 2 bis 10 mm aufweist. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschicht (
1 ) mit der Zwischenschicht (2 ) mit einem Binder eines der beiden Schichten (1 ,2 ) oder mit einem synthetischen oder mineralischen Kleber verklebt ist. - Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen sd-Wert von 0–5 m, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 2 m aufweist.
- Wandinnenplatte nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Größe von mindestens 40 × 60 cm bis maximal 150 × 260 cm, vorzugsweise von 70 × 100 cm bis 100 × 160 cm aufweist.
