Abstract
Es wird ein faserartiger Vorformling (20), der dazu bestimmt ist, die faserartige Verstärkung des Verbundwerkstoffes zu bilden, hergestellt und danach dadurch gefestigt, dass in seinem Inneren eine Matrizenphase abgelagert wird, die ausreicht, um die Fasern untereinander zu verbinden, ohne den Vorformling vollständig zu verdichten. Nadeln (10) aus steifem Material werden durch den gefestigten Vorformling hindurch eingesetzt, und die Verdichtung des gefestigten, mit Nadeln versehenen Vorformlings wird durch Ablagerung von zumindest einer Keramik-Matrizenphase fortgeführt. Danach wird jede Nadel zumindest teilweise entfernt, so dass eine kalibrierte Perforation durch das Teil hindurch zurück bleibt, wobei die Nadeln zumindest teilweise aus einem Material bestehen, das durch eine Behandlung entfernbar ist, welche den Keramikwerkstoff der Matrize nicht beeinträchtigt.
