Abstract

Krafttrainingsgerät, um Liegestützen auszuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Rahmen (4) aufweist, der auf dem Boden aufliegt, der zwei vertikale Träger (3) aufweist, die zwei mobile Arme (2), die schwenkbar (9) sind, mit Griffen (6) und (7) aufweisen, die am Ende der Arme ausgebildet sind und die durch zwei mobile Schenkel (1) und durch deren Gelenke (8) und (10) mit einer Auflagefläche (5) verbunden sind, die ein Kissen aufweist.

Claims (5)

  1. Krafttrainingsgerät, um Liegestützen auszuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Rahmen (4) aufweist, der auf dem Boden aufliegt, der zwei vertikale Träger (3) aufweist, die zwei mobile Arme (2), die schwenkbar (9) sind, mit Griffen (6) und (7) aufweisen, die am Ende der Arme ausgebildet sind und die durch zwei mobile Schenkel (1) und durch deren Gelenke (8) und (10) mit einer Auflagefläche (5) verbunden sind, die ein Kissen aufweist.
  2. Krafttrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (2), die um die vertikalen Träger des Rahmens (4) schwenkbar sind, durch die Griffe (6) und (7) mit den Händen nach unten gedrückt werden, wodurch ein Hebel für die Ebene (5) erzeugt wird, indem sie angehoben und gesenkt wird, wodurch die Gymnastikbewegung der Liegestütze durchgeführt wird.
  3. Krafttrainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffe (6) und (7), die am Ende der mobilen Arme (2) angebracht sind, senkrecht und parallel zur Vorrichtung angeordnet sind, wodurch eine perfekte Position des Körpers ermöglicht wird und ihm eine gute Muskelamplitude gegeben wird.
  4. Krafttrainingsgerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche (5) eine Führung aufweist, die einem Schwenken der Ebene nach links oder rechts entgegenwirkt, die auf dem Rahmen (4) befestigt ist, die aus Lamellen (11) besteht, die durch ihre Gelenke (12) miteinander verbunden sind, die sich beim Absenken der Ebene übereinander falten.
  5. Krafttrainingsgerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageebene (5) ein Kissen aufweist, das die Positionierung des Oberkörpers ermöglicht.
