Claims (3)

1. Mehrzweck-Ruder-Übungsgerät mit:
einem Grundrahmen, der auf seiner Unterseite mit Rollen zur Bewegung auf dem Boden versehen ist;
einer ersten fest mit dem Grundrahmen an einem seiner Enden verbundenen Matratze; einer zweiten auf dem Grundrahmen angeordneten Matratze, deren eines Ende mit dem Mittenabschnitt des Grundrahmens neben der ersten Matratze über ein Gelenk schwenkbar verbunden ist;
eine Querstange, die schwenkbar mit dem Grundrahmen unterhalb der zweiten Matratze verbunden ist, wobei die Querstange an ihren beiden sich gegenüberliegenden Enden aus den beiden Längsseiten des Grundrahmens herausragt;
zwei mit den beiden Enden der Querstange verbundenen Handgriffen, um manuell die Querstange relativ zum Grundrahmen zu verschwenken und
zwei Hubstangen, die senkrecht zur Querstange angeordnet sind und mit dieser verbunden sind, wobei die beiden Hubstangen an ihren freien Enden jeweils mit einer Rolle versehen sind.
2. Mehrzweck-Ruder-Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstange mit zwei einstellbaren Klinkenradverbindungen an ihren beiden Enden versehen ist und dass die Handgriffe in winkelmäßig einstellbarer Weise über die Klinkenradverbindung mit der Querstange verbunden sind.
3. Mehrzweck-Ruder-Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundrahmen an seinen beiden Längsseiten und auf Höhe der zweiten Matratze mit Öffnungen versehen ist zur Aufnahme eines den Schwenkwinkel der Hubstangen begrenzenden Stabes.
