Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε ένα αντιδραστήρα για πυρόλυση και σε μια μέθοδο για την τροφοδοσία και την εκκένωση ενός τέτοιου αντιδραστήρα. Ένας αντιδραστήρας σύμφωνα με την εφεύρεση για την ανάκτηση άνθρακα και υδρογονανθράκων από οργανικό υλικό τροφοδοσίας μέσω πυρόλυσης, περιλαμβάνει ένα δοχείο (2), το οποίο εκτείνεται κατά μήκος ενός κατακόρυφου κεντρικού άξονα (6) και έχει ένα θάλαμο (3), ο οποίος περιορίζεται εξωτερικά από μια εξωτερική επιφάνεια (5) και από ένα άνω και ένα κάτω ακραίο τμήμα τοιχώματος (7, 8), στον οποίο θάλαμο προβλέπεται να τοποθετείται υλικό τροφοδοσίας (4) σε θρυμματισμένη μορφή, όπου το δοχείο έχει ένα άνοιγμα (12) με ανακλινόμενο καπάκι (καταπακτή) (14), το οποίο όταν είναι κλειστό σχηματίζει ένα όριο μεταξύ του θαλάμου και της περιβάλλουσας ατμόσφαιρας, μια είσοδο (9) για την εισαγωγή θερμού αερίου στον θάλαμο και μια έξοδο (10) για την εξαγωγή από τον θάλαμο αερίου, το οποίο έχει περάσει δια μέσου του υλικού τροφοδοσίας, το οποίο έχει τοποθετηθεί στον θάλαμο. Για να ελέγχεται και να παρακολουθείται η διεργασία πυρόλυσης του τελικά διαχωριζόμενου υλικού τροφοδοσίας, η είσοδος (9) περιλαμβάνει ένα αριθμό από μονάδες εισόδου (35:1 -35:n) διαταγμένες σε περιοχές στον θάλαμο (3), οι οποίες για την οδήγηση αερίου στον θάλαμο βρίσκονται σε επικοινωνία μεταφοράς αερίου με μια πηγή εκπομπής αερίου δια μέσου ενός αγωγού εισόδου (30:1-30:n), ο οποίος ανήκει στην κάθε μια μονάδα εισόδου και την έξοδο (10), η οποία περιλαμβάνει ένα αριθμό από μονάδες εξόδου (50:1-50:n) διαταγμένες σε περιοχές σε όλη την έκταση του θαλάμου, οι οποίες για την διοχέτευση αερίου έξω από τον θάλαμο βρίσκονται σε επικοινωνία μεταφοράς αερίου με ένα χωριστό αγωγό εξόδου (51), ο οποίος ανήκει στην κάθε μια μονάδα εξόδου.
