Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε ζωοτροφή με σχετικώς υψηλό συνολικό ποσοστό λίπους και η οποία περιέχει εσωτερικά και επί της επιφανείας των σωματιδίων πρώτης ύλης της ζωοτροφής, μείγμα λιπαρών οξέων πλούσιο σε κορεσμένα ελεύθερα λιπαρά οξέα. Η εφεύρεση επίσης κατευθύνεται προς μέθοδο παρασκευής της εν λόγω τροφής, προς μέθοδο αύξησης συγκεντρώσεων πρωτεΐνης και λίπους στο γάλα και αύξησης της παραγωγής γάλακτος γαλακτοφόρου ζώου.
