Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε μια μέθοδο για διαχωρισμό λαμβανομένων από μυελό οστού πυρηνωμένων κυττάρων για σχηματισμό οστού. Η μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια: έκπλυσης μυελού οστού• λύσης ερυθρών αιμοσφαιρίων στον μυελό οστού• εξουδετέρωσης του προϊόντος λύσης μυελού οστού• καθαρισμού των πυρηνωμένων κυττάρων από τον εξουδετερωμένο μυελό οστού και ανάμειξης των πυρηνωμένων κυττάρων με ρυθμιστικό συντήρησης για σχηματισμό οστού. Σύμφωνα προς την εφεύρεση, πυρηνωμένα κύτταρα που λαμβάνονται από μυελό οστού, τα οποία μπορεί να μεταμοσχεύονται εντός μιας θέσης που έχει ανάγκη σχηματισμού οστού ή θεραπείας ελαττώματος οστού, μπορεί να διαχωρίζονται με ταχύ και βολικό τρόπο. Ως αποτέλεσμα, σχηματισμός οστού σε ασθενείς έκτακτης ανάγκης ή σε ασθενείς οι οποίοι απαιτούν επανειλημμένες χειρουργικές επεμβάσεις, μπορεί να επιτυγχάνεται αποτελεσματικά με διαχωρισμό των πυρηνωμένων κυττάρων για σχηματισμό οστού σε χειρουργικές θέσεις με βολικό και ταχύ τρόπο και έγχυση των διαχωρισμένων κυττάρων εντός των ασθενών.
