Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μία μέθοδο για τη συνεχή καταλυτική, πλήρη ή μερική, οξείδωση ενός αερίου εκκίνησης, το οποίο περιέχει από 0,1 έως 66 % κατ' όγκο διοξείδιο του θείου συν οξυγόνο, όπου ο καταλύτης διατηρείται ενεργός με την βοήθεια των συνθηκών μίας ημι - ισόθερμης διαδικασίας ελέγχου με εισαγωγή ή με αφαίρεση ενέργειας. Επιπλέον, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μία συσκευή για τη συνεχή καταλυτική, πλήρη ή μερική, οξείδωση ενός αερίου εκκίνησης, το οποίο περιέχει διοξείδιο του θείου και οξυγόνο, που το χαρακτηριστικό της είναι ότι διαθέτει τουλάχιστον μία συσκευή επαφής σωλήνα με τη μορφή ενός όρθιου εναλλάκτη θερμότητας, ο οποίος συντίθεται από τουλάχιστον έναν διπλών - τοιχωμάτων σωλήνα, του οποίου ο εσωτερικός σωλήνας, ο οποίος είναι γεμάτος από τον καταλύτη, σχηματίζει έναν σωλήνα αντίδρασης, με την θερμοκρασία να μεταφέρεται σε συνεχές ρεύμα γύρω από τον σωλήνα αντίδρασης και ένας απορροφητής για διαχωρισμό του SO3, ο οποίος είναι κατάντη της συσκευής επαφής σωλήνα. Η αντιδραστικότητα του καταλύτη καθορίζεται μέσω της ανάμειξης με αδρανή υλικά. Ειδικότερα, η σύμφωνη με την εφεύρεση συσκευή είναι κατάλληλη για την διεξαγωγή της σύμφωνης με την εφεύρεση μεθόδου.
