Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με ένα σταθερό αιώρημα βασισμένου σε δημητριακά τροφίμου το οποίο έχει παρασκευαστεί με a) θερμική κατεργασία ενός μείγματος πλούσιου σε βήτα-γλυκάνη υλικού δημητριακού και νερού για ζελατινοποίηση του αμύλου το οποίο περιέχεται στο υλικό δημητριακού προς σχηματισμό ενός αιωρήματος· b) με ψύξη του θερμικά κατεργασμένου αιωρήματος· και c) με άλεση του ψυγμένου αιωρήματος για σχηματισμό ενός σταθερού αιωρήματος τροφίμου, με το αιώρημα τροφίμου να έχει μια συγκέντρωση βήτα-γλυκάνης τουλάχιστον 0.25g/100 g αιωρήματος τροφίμου. Επιπροσθέτως, η εφεύρεση αφορά μία μέθοδο για παρασκευή ενός αιωρήματος τροφίμου, καθώς επίσης χρήση ενός αιωρήματος τροφίμου.
