Abstract

Κοινοποιείται διεργασία για την παρασκευή (S)-(+)-10,11-διϋδρο-10-υδροξυ-5Η-διβενζ/b,f/αζεπινο-5-καρβοξαμιδίου ή (R)-(-)-10,11-διϋδρο-10-υδροξυ-5Η-διβενζ/b,f/αζεπινο-5-καρβοξαμιδίου, με αναγωγή της οξκαρβαζεπίνης παρουσία καταλύτη και πηγής υδριδίου. Ο καταλύτης παρασκευάζεται από έναν συνδυασμό [RuX2(L)]2 όπου το Χ είναι χλώριο, βρώμιο ή ιώδιο, και το L είναι αρύλιο ή αρυλο-αλειφατικός σύνδεσμος, με ένα σύνδεσμο του τύπου (Α) ή του τύπου (Β): όπου το R επιλέγεται από C1-6αλκόξυ και C1-6αλκύλιο, το n είναι ένας αριθμός από 0 έως 5, και όταν το n είναι ένας αριθμός από 2 έως 5, το R μπορεί να είναι το ίδιο ή διαφορετικό, και το R είναι αλκύλιο, υποκατεστημένο αλκύλιο, αρύλιο, υποκατεστημένο αρύλιο, αλκαρύλιο ή υποκατεστημένο αλκαρύλιο.
