Abstract
<p>La presente invención se refiere al compuesto 2-feniletilamina N-(p-hidroxifenilacetil) fenilalanina de fórmula I</p> <p>ESPACIO PARA LA FÓRMULA</p> <p>, útil para el tratamiento de enfermedades inflamatorias y autoinmunes, tales como psoriasis, dermatitis atópica, prurigo, enfermedad de Crohn, colitis, enfermedades gastrointestinales tales como diarrea y sindrome del intestino irritable, enfermedades respiratorias tales como asma, enfermedad pulmonar crónica (COPD), bronquitis, rinitis, y también tos, así como de otras enfermedades asociadas con la actividad de receptores opioides y de taquiquinina y de canales de iones TRPV1 (canal de cationes de potencial receptor transitorio miembro 1 de la subfamilia V, también conocido como receptor de Capsaicina y receptor vanilloide 1) y TRPM8 (Canal de cationes de potencial transitorio de la subfamilia M (melastatina) miembro 8).</p>
