Abstract
La presente invención consiste en un método para convertir una materia prima de biomasa en ácido aspártico y ácido glutámico, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos: (a) irradiar un material lignocelulósico o celulósico con un haz de electrones para proporcionar un material lignocelulósico o celulósico recalcitrante reducido; (b) tratar con enzimas el material lignocelulósico o celulósico recalcitrante reducido para producir azúcares seleccionadas de glucosa, xilosa, sacarosa, maltosa, lactosa, manosa, galactosa, arabinosa, los dímeros, heterodímeros y oligómeros de los mismos; (c) fermentar los azúcares con microorganismos para producir ácido aspártico y ácido glutámico.</p>
