Abstract

Método para producir una proteína quimérica que tenga las porciones del virus de la fiebre amarilla y el virus del dengue. Una pequeña porción de la proteína de envoltura de la variedad de la vacuna 17D del virus de la fiebre amarilla (u otros flavivirus relacionados) puede ser reemplazada por la porción correspondiente de la proteína de envoltura del virus del dengue.
