Abstract
Se describen un método y aparato mejorados para la producción de una pieza de botana enrollada, utilizando un extrusor que tiene típicamente una pluralidad de orificios a través de los cuales un producto extruído sale del extrusor. cada uno de estos orificios tiene una forma en espiral. Cuando una longitud deseada de la corriente o filamento de producto extruído sale de un orificio, éste es cortado en su base, produciendo así piezas de botana individuales que parecen haber sido enrolladas después de ser laminadas.
