Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la producción de productos de hidrocarburo a partir de una alimentación que comprende al menos un bioaceite no pre-tratado, tal alimentación siendo introducida en al menos un primer paso para hidroformar en presencia de hidrógeno y un catalizador de hidroformado que comprende al menos un metal de transición seleccionado de los elementos de los grupos 3 a12 de la clasificación periódica de los elementos y al menos un soporte seleccionado de carbón activado, carburos de silicio, sílices, alúminas de transición, sílice-alúminas, óxido de circonio, óxido de cerlo, óxido de titanio y aluminatos de metales de transición, usados solos o como una mezcla, con el fin de obtener al menos un efluente líquido que comprende al menos una etapa acuosa y almenos una etapa orgánica, un segundo paso para hidrotratamiento y/o hidrocraqueo de al menos una porción de la etapa orgánica del efluente obtenido del primer pasode hidroformado con el fin de obtener un efluente de hidrocarburo, en el que al menos una parte de la etapa orgánica del efluente obtenido del primer paso de hidroformado se recicle en el primer paso de hidroformado como una mezcla con dicha alimentación que comprende al menos un bioaceite, con una relación de reciclado igual a la relación de la tasa de flujo másico de dicha etapa orgánica a la tasa de flujo másico del bioaceite no pre-tratado en el rango de 0,05 a 2 y en el que el efluente de hidrocarburo obtenido del paso de hidrotratamiento y/o hidrocraqueo no se recicle en dicho primer paso de hidroformado.
