Abstract

produção de bio-combustíveis renováveis. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo e sistema para a separação e melhoria de bio-óleo em combustíveis renováveis é provido. o processo compreende a separação de bio-óleo em uma fração leve, uma fração intermediária facultativa, e fração pesada com base nos seus pontos de ebulição. a fração leve e a fração pesada com base nos seus pontos de ebulição. a fração leve e a fração intermediária opcional podem ser promovidas através de hidrotratamento para produzir uma gasolina renovável e um diesel renovável, que podem ser combinadas com os seus homólogos derivados de petróleo. a fração pesada pode ser submetida a craqueamento e ainda separada em frações leve, intermediária e pesada a fim de aumentar o rendimento de gasolina renovável e diesel renovável.
