Abstract
Un procedimiento de producción de productos hidrocarbonados a partir de una carga que comprende al menos un bioaceite no tratado previamente, que la citada carga se introduce en al menos una primera etapa de hidrorreformado en presencia de hidrógeno y de un catalizador de hidrorreformado que comprende al menos un metal de transición elegido entre los elementos de los grupos 3 a 12 de la clasificación periódica y al menos un soporte elegidos entre los carbones activos, los carburos de silicio, las sílices, las alúminas de transición, las sílices alúmina, el óxido de zirconio, el óxido de cerio, el óxido de titanio y los aluminatos de metales de transición, tomados solos o en mezcla, para obtener al menos un efluente líquido que comprende al menos una fase acuosa y al menos una fase orgánica, una segunda etapa de hidrotratamiento y/o de hidrocraqueo de al menos una parte de la fase orgánica del efluente resultante de la etapa de hidrorreformado para obtener un efluente hidrocarbonado en el que al menos una parte de la fase orgánica del efluente resultante de la etapa de hidrorreformado se recicla en la etapa de hidrorreformado, en mezcla con la citada carga que comprende al menos un bioaceite, con un porcentaje de reciclado igual a la relación del caudal de masa de la citada fase orgánica sobre el caudal de masa del bioaceite no tratado previamente comprendido entre 0,05 y 2 y en el que el efluente hidrocarbonado resultante de la etapa de hidrotratamiento y/o de hidrocraqueo no se recicla en la citada etapa de hidrorreformado.
