Abstract
La presente proporciona un proceso de hidroprocesamiento que comprende tratar un suministro de hidrocarburos en una primera zona de hidroprocesamiento de dos fases que tiene un reciclado de líquido, producir efluente de producto, el cual se pone en contacto con un catalizador e hidrógeno en una zona de hidroprocesamiento de tres fases corriente abajo, en donde al menos una porción del hidrógeno suministrado a la zona de tres fases es una corriente de gas reciclado rico en hidrógeno. Opcionalmente, el efluente de producto de la primera zona de hidroprocesamiento de dos fases se suministra a una segunda zona de hidroprocesamiento de dos fases que contiene un reactor de paso líquido único. Las zonas de hidroprocesamiento de dos fases comprenden dos o más lechos de catalizador en reactores llenos de líquido. La zona de hidroprocesamiento de tres fases comprende uno o más lechos de catalizador de paso líquido único dispuestos en un reactor de lecho de goteo.
