Abstract
processo para produzir produtos de hidrocarboneto líquido a partir de uma matéria-prima de biomassa sólida a presente invenção fornece um processo para produção de produtos de hidrocarboneto líquido a partir de uma matéria prima de biomassa sólida, em que o dito processo compreende as etapas de: (a) fornecer em um primeiro recipiente de reator de hidropirólise uma primeira composição de catalisador de hidropirólise, em que a dita composição compreende um ou mais metais ativos selecionados a partir de cobalto, molibdênio, níquel, tungstênio, rutênio, platina, paládio, irídio e ferro sobre um suporte de óxido, em que um ou mais metais ativos estão presentes em um estado óxido; (b) contatar a matéria prima de biomassa sólida com a dita primeira composição de catalisador de hidropirólise e hidrogênio molecular no dito primeiro recipiente de reator de hidropirólise em uma temperatura na faixa de cerca de 350 a 600 °c e uma pressão na faixa de cerca de 500.000 a 7.500.000 pa (0,50 a 7,50 mpa), para produzir uma corrente de produto que compreende um produto de hidropirólise desoxigenado de forma parcial, h2o, h2, co2, co, gases c1 - c3, carvão e partículas finas de catalizador; (c) remover o dito carvão e as partículas finos de catalisador a partir da dita corrente de produto; (d) hidroconverter o dito produto de hidropirólise desoxigenado de forma parcial em um recipiente de reator de hidroconversão na presença de um ou mais catalisadores de hidroconversão e dos h2o, co2, co, h2, gases c1 -c3 gerados na etapa (a), para produzir um produto de fase de vapor que compreende um produto de hidrocarboneto desoxigenado completamente de forma substancial, h2o, co, co2, hidrogênio e gases c1 - c3.
