Abstract
processo e sistema integrado para a preparação de um produto de olefina inferior. processo para a preparação de um produto de olefina compreendendo etileno e/ou de propileno, cujo processo compreende as etapas a)craqueamento uma matéria-prima de parafina compreendendo c2 - c5 parafinas sob condições de craqueamento em uma zona de craqueamento para obter uma craqueador efluente compreendendo olefinas; b) conversão uma matéria-prima oxigenar em um sistema de conversão oxigenado a olefinas, compreendendo uma zona de reação em que uma matéria-prima oxigenar é contactado com um catalisador de conversão oxigenado em condições de conversão oxigenados, para obter uma conversão efluente compreendendo etileno e/ou propileno; c) combinar em pelo menos parte do craqueamento efluente e pelo menos parte da conversão efluente para obter um efluente combinado, e separando um vapor de produto de olefina compreendendo etileno e/ou de propileno do efluente combinado, onde o craqueador efluente e/ou a conversão efluente compreende um c4 porção compreendendo não saturados, e onde o processo ainda compreende pelo menos parcialmente hidrogenando pelo menos parte da porção c4, para obter um, pelo menos, matéria-prima parcialmene hidrogenado c4; e reciclagem, pelo menos, parte do, pelo menos, matéria-prima parcialmente hidrogenado c4 como matéria-prima de reciclagem para a etapa a) e/ou a etapa b), e um sistema integrado para a realização do processo.
