Abstract

La presente invención tiene que ver con un proceso para producir cepillos de dientes cubiertos de cerdas en forma libre de anclaje, en las cuales un penacho de cerdas (22) con cerdas cilíndricas (39) y/o cerdas puntiagudas (40) se introduce dentro de una muesca receptora (64) de un molde (60) de una máquina abastecedora de cerdas y por medio de un pin perfilado (66) guiado en la muesca receptora (64), se aplica fuerza al extremo que mira hacia el pm (66) de las cerdas (39, 40) de los penachos de cerdas (22) para lograr su alineación, de manera que las cerdas (39, 40) de los penachos de cerdas (22) se alinean por medio de una cara terminal (101) del pm perfilado (66) y, como resultado, forman la topografía que complementa la topografía de la cara terminal (101) del pin perfilado (66), que se caracteriza porque el pm perfilado (66) tiene en la cara terminal (103) qu actúa sobre las cerdas (39, 40) una superficie discontinua (105), la cual forma múltiples niveles (107). Esto logra una configuración del área de las cerdas que tiene múltiples áreas de uso (67). También se describe un cepillo de dientes (8) producido de la forma correspondiente. (La Figura 5)
