Abstract

Proceso para la producción de etileno para usar como reactivo a partir de una fuente de hidrocarburos de acuerdo con el cual se sigue el procedimiento de:a) someter a la fuente de hidrocarburos a un primer paso de craqueo, es decir, se lleva a cabo un paso de pirólisis en un horno de craqueo, para producir de esa manera una mezcla de productos de craqueo;b) someter a dicha mezcla de productos de craqueo a una sucesión de pasos de tratamiento, que incluyen un paso de compresión, que hace posible obtener una corriente de gas en bruto purificado;c) luego, enfriar la corriente de gas en bruto purificado hasta una temperatura a la cual condensan los hidrocarburos de 6 y más átomos de carbono de tal manera que puedan ser eliminados de la corriente de gas en bruto purificado;d) luego, suministrar la corriente de gas purificado que se obtiene como resultado a una columna de separación, donde se separa en una fracción que contiene hidrógeno, metano y etileno (fracción A) que se obtiene en la cabeza de la columna y se separa una fracción pesada (fracción C) que se obtiene en el fondo de la columna;e) suministrar una parte del reflujo de esta columna a un ciclo de refrigeración que permite obtener una fracción enriquecida en etileno (fracción B);f) suministrar por separado la fracción A y la fracción B al uso del etileno como reactivo.
