Abstract

Изобретение относится к области переработки твёрдых отходов. С помощью одного или нескольких плазмотронов осуществляют плазменный пиролиз отходов с получением шлака и пирогаза, очищают пирогаз от твёрдых частиц, смолы и газообразных примесей. Нагретый за счёт тепла исходного потока пирогаза очищенный пирогаз разделяют на два потока. Первый поток очищенного пирогаза последовательно направляют в газотурбинную установку, оснащённую электрогенератором и вырабатывающую электроэнергию, а затем в котёл- утилизатор, вырабатывающий перегретый водяной пар. Второй поток очищенного пирогаза последовательно направляют на стадию очистки от диоксида углерода и на стадию получения углеводородов с использованием процесса Фишера-Тропша. Затем разделяют углеводороды на метан, лёгкие углеводородные фракции, керосин и дизельное топливо. Выделенный метан двумя отдельными потоками подают на стадию парового риформинга и на стадию углекислотного риформинга с получением на этих стадиях дополнительного количества синтез-газа, который подают на стадию получения углеводородов с использованием процесса Фишера-Тропша. Изобретение позволяет разработать процесс глубокой переработки газообразных продуктов плазменной переработки твёрдых отходов с получением дополнительного количества углеводородов.
