Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a metabolitos de derivados del (tio)-carbamoil-ciclohexano, concretamente metabolitos de la trans-4-{2-[4-(2,3-diclorofenil-piperazin-1-il]-etil}-N,N-dimetilcarbamoil-ciclohexilamina y sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de la misma, para composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y para su uso en el tratamiento y/o prevención de trastornos que requieren la modulación de receptores de dopamina. 1.- Un metabolito aislado de un compuesto de fórmula (I):en la que R1 y R2 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrógeno, alquilo, alquenilo, arilo, cicloalquilo, amilo, o R1 y R2 forman un anillo heterocíclico con el átomo de nitrógeno adyacente; X es O o S; n es 1 o 2; y/o isómeros geométricos y/o estereoisómeros y/odiasterómeros y/o sales y/o hidratos y/o solvatos y/o formas polimórficas del mismo. 2.- Un metabolito aislado y/o sintetizado de un compuesto de fórmula (I) según la reivindicación 1, en el que el compuesto de fórmula (I) esy/o sales y/o hidratos y/o solvatos y/o formas polimórficas del mismo. 3.- Un compuesto aislado y/o sintetizado de fórmula (II):en la que R1 y R2 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrógeno, alquilo, alquenilo, arilo, cicloalquilo, aroilo, o R1 y R2 forman un anillo heterocíclico con el átomo de nitrógeno adyacente; X es O o S; n es 1 o 2; y/o isómeros geométricos y/o estereoisómeros y/o diasterómeros y/o sales y/o hidratos solvatos y/o formas polimórficas del mismo.
