Abstract
La présente invention concerne des métabolites de dérivés de (thio)-carbamoyl-cyclohexane, en particulier des métabolites de la trans-4-{2-[4-(2,3-dichlorophényl)-piperazin-1-yl]-éthyl}-n,n-diméthylcarbamoyl-cyclohexylamine) et leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique, des compositions pharmaceutiques en contenant et leur utilisation en vue du traitement et/ou de la prévention d'une affection exigeant une modulation des récepteurs de la dopamine.
