Abstract

1.- Una secuencia aislada de ácido nucleico que no ocurre en la naturaleza, que se une a una molécula de blanco o destino en una célula de esperma de mamífero, que comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste de: (a) una secuencia de nucleótidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste de SEQ ID NO: 3-35, o una porción de ella que se une a una molécula de blanco o destino; (b) una secuencia de nucleótidos que es sustancialmente homogénea con y tiene sustancialmente la misma capacidad de unirse a la molécula de blanco o destino en la célula de esperma, que la secuencia de nucleótidos de (a) o una porción de ella que se une a la molécula de blanco o destino; y (c) una secuencia de nucleótidos que tiene sustancialmente la misma estructura y que tiene sustancialmente la misma capacidad para unirse a la molécula de blanco o destino en la célula de esperma, que la secuencia de nucleótidos de (a) o (b), o una porción de ella que se une a la molécula de blanco o destino. 2.- La secuencia aislada de ácido nucleico que no ocurre en la naturaleza de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, en la que está omitida por lo menos una porción de los nucleótidos 1-20 de las SEQ ID NO: 3-35, o una porción de ellas que se une a la molécula de blanco o destino. 3.- La secuencia aislada de ácido nucleico que no ocurre en la naturaleza de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, en la que está omitida por lo menos una porción de los nucleótidos 61-80 de las SEQ ID NO: 3-10 y 12-35, o los nucleótidos 44-63 de SEQ ID NO: 11, o una porción de ella que se une a la molécula de blanco o destino.
