Abstract

1.- Un aparato para determinar al menos una propiedadde los pies de una persona, el aparato comprendiendo:una superficie configurada para permitir a una personapararse sobre la misma;una pluralidad de sensores de presión localizados bajo lasuperficie; ymedios de cómputo dispuestos para recibir señales querepresentan mediciones de presión desde al menos unsubgrupo de la pluralidad de sensores de presión mientrasuna persona se pone de pie sobre la superficie, la mediosde cómputo son operables para procesar la señales para:determinar un punto de fuerza para la persona paradasobre la superficie;comparar el punto de fuerza determinado de la personacon una zona objetivo para el punto de fuerza;proporcionar una presentación indicando una diferenciaentre el punto de fuerza determinado de la persona y lazona objetivo para ayudar a la persona a cambiar su puntode fuerza y llevarlo hacia la zona objetivo; ydeterminar al menos una propiedad de los pies de lapersona utilizando señales que representan mediciones depresión desde al menos el subgrupo de la pluralidad desensores de presión cuando el punto de fuerzadeterminado de la persona cae en la zona objetivo.2.- El aparato según Reivindicación 1, en donde elmedio de cómputo es operable para:proporcionar la presentación indicando la diferencia entreel punto de fuerza determinado de la persona y la zonaobjetivo al presentar un símbolo que representa la posicióndel punto de fuerza determinado de la persona y unsímbolo que representa la zona objetivo; y cambiar laposición sobre la pantalla del símbolo que representa laposición del punto de fuerza determinado de la personacuando la persona se mueve.
