Abstract
Una placa de prensa para fabricar laminado decorativo de papel impregnado de resina, con partículas de alúmina sobre la superficie de prensa, es revestida de diboruros de molibdeno, diboruro de tantalio, diboruro de titanio, diboruro de tungsteno, diboruro de vanadio, o diboruro de zirconio o mezclas de los mismos para fabricar la placa de prensa resistente al rayado utilizando un proceso en el cual la placa de prensa y la cabeza aspersora se mueven en relación una con otra para proveer una velocidad de barrido suficiente para dar un gradiente térmico a la placa de prensa de 50 grados F (10 grados C), ó menor, para proveer una tensión incorporada reducida y una mayor distribución de calor no localizada a lo largo de la placa de prensa. Un método de fabricación de una superficie plana prensada para producir laminado decorativo de papel impregnado de resina, el cual comprende: Impartir un laminado deseado a una superficie de prensa plana: Remover las impurezas de la superficie plana: y Revestir la superficie plana con diboruros seleccionados del grupo netre los cuales están el diboruro de hafnio, diboruro de molibdeno, diboruro de tantalio, diboruro de titanio, diboruro de tungsteno, diboruro de vanadio, o diboruro de zirconio o mezclas de los mismos con un sistema plano de revestimiento por magnetrón y una dureza vickers mínima de 2000. En el cual el paso a seguir para el revestimiento es ejecutado haciendo que dichas superficie plana y una cabeza aspersora del sistema plano de revestimiento por magnetrón de aspersión se muevan en relación una con otra a una velocidad de barrido suficiente para proveer un gradiente térmico en la superficie de prensa plana de 50 grados F (10 grados C) ó menos.El método del numeral 1, en el cual la velocidad de barrido es suficiente para dar un gradiente térmico en la superficie de prensa plana de 35 Grados F (1.6 Grados C) ó menos.El método del numeral 1, en el cual la velocidad de barrido es suficiente para dar un gradiente térmico en la superficie de prensa plana de 15 Grados F (-9.4 Grados C).
