Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA REVESTIMENTO POR DESINTEGRAçãO DE CáTODO COM VARREDURA EM ALTA VELOCIDADE, PARA PRODUZIR PLACAS DE PRENSA REVESTIDAS, RESISTENTES à ABRASãO, COM TENSãO TéRMICA EMBUTIDA REDUZIDA"<D>. Placa de prensa para produzir laminado decorativo a partir de papel impregnado em resina, com partículas de alumina em sua superfície de prensagem, é revestida com diboretos selecionados do grupo que consiste de diboreto de háfnio, diboreto de molibdênio, diboreto de tântalo, diboreto de titânico, diboreto de tugstênio, diboreto de vanádio ou diboreto de zircónio ou suas misturas para fazer a placa de prensa resistente aos arranhões, usando um processo em que a placa de prensa e a cabeça de desintegração de cátodo são movidas em relação uma à outra, a fim de proporcionar uma velocidade de varredura suficiente para dar um gradiente térmico na placa de prensa de 10°C (50°F) ou menos, para proporcionar tensão embutida reduzida e distribuição de calor mais deslocalizada por toda a placa de prensa.
