- In general, because a compact case has a good portability, a user can correct a makeup while conveniently carrying the compact case, and because putting cosmetic contents on a hand is unnecessary upon makeup, there is an advantage of convenience in use.
- The compact case provides the user of information such as a trademark or a brand name by forming a decorative plate on a lid and printing a phrase or picture on the decorative plate, and satisfies visual aesthetic of the user, thereby increasing satisfaction of a customer.
- However, if the user uses the conventional compact case where the phrase or picture is printed on the decorative plate formed on the lid of the compact case, there is a problem in that the phrase or picture printed on the decorative plate may be peeled or erased.
- To solve the above problems, the printing is performed on the decorative plate, and a transparent coating is secondarily performed on the decorative plate to prevent the printed phrase or picture from being erased.
- However, there are problems in that the transparent coating used in the relate art needs high costs and manufacturing costs are increased because the coating is processed secondarily.

- In addition, preferably, the digital printing uses at least one type of ink selected from the group consisting of aqueous dying ink, aqueous a pigment ink, strong solvent a pigment ink, weak solvent a pigment ink, mild ink, eco ink, and oil ink.
- In addition, according to the digital printing, an image is printed in an ink-jet or a laser type, so that the image can be delicately and clearly to be suitable for a concept of a product.
- Further, in order to emphasize an image of a specific part on an entire print surface, it is preferable to use mixed ink obtained by mixing one of polyester acrylate, epoxy acrylate, and urethane acrylate with palm oil alkyd resin, nonvolatile oil and a pigment.
- The palm oil alkyd resin has low unsaturation due to a low iodine value of about 8 to about 10, thus a dried oxide film is formed, so that a blockage of a nozzle is prevented. In addition, by using palm oil alkyd resin having 20,000 to 40,000 of molecular weight, the gloss and the abrasion resistance of a print surface applied thereon with the mixed ink can be excellent, and the ink dries more rapidly, thus a spread-out, a set-off and so forth are prevented on the applied print surface, thereby implementing a preferable printing.
- Further, a mixed ink composition contains 10 to 15 wt% of the palm oil alkyd resin with respect to 100 wt%, so a color of printed image becomes defected when being under 10 wt% of the palm oil alkyd resin, and a stain is generated on the applied print surface due to low drying speed because of high viscosity of the mixed ink, when being over 10 wt% of the palm oil alkyd resin.
- The pigment layer (33) applied thereon with a pigment is formed at a bottom of the printing layer (32), such that the printing layer (32) can stand out more clearly, and the adhesive layer (34) can be prevented from being seen through the transparent plate, when the decorative plate (30) is bonded into the decorative plate recess (22) on the lid (20).
- In addition, the pigment uses water soluble baking resin a pigment, preferably includes at least one from the group consisting of amino alkyd resin, phenol resin, melamine denatured acryl resin, and amino resin.
- The amino alkyd resin is a baking a pigment formed of a mixture of melamine or urea resin and alkyd resin.
- The melamine denatured acryl resin is a pigment formed of a mixture of melamine resin and thermosetting acryl resin.
- The alkyd resin belongs to polyester resin which is a polymer material generated by condensation of polyvalent alcohol and polyvalent acid.
- In addition, the decorative plate (30) is expressed in various colors by adding a coloring pigment into the pigment, and the decorative plate (30) is expressed in various colors due to light or heat by adding luminous a pigment or cyan a pigment, thereby improving the aesthetic of the decorative plate.
- The adhesive layer (34) formed by applying an adhesive on the bottom of the pigment layer (33) may use an adhesive using rubber cement melt in gasoline or polyvinyl acetate-based polymer melt in thinner as a solution, an adhesive using cyanoacrylate or bisacrylate which is a liquid state having small molecule at first and becomes polymer through polymerization after attachment, or a hot melt adhesive attached by heating and fusing a solid having high molecule, in which the hot melt adhesive is preferably polyester-based polymer.
