Abstract

Un compuesto regulador del crecimiento de las plantas, caracterizada por ser un compuesto que tiene la fórmula química: [DMP]n n [MxByOz(A)v]m- W H2O (I)en la cual: DMP es N,N-dimetilpiperidino(mepiquat); M es un catión de un metal aceptable para la agricultura, hidrógeno o NH4; B es boro, O es oxígeno; A es un quelato o una porción que forma el complejo asociada con, por lo menos, un átomo de boro o un catión aceptable para la agricultura;n y m son el mismo entero en la escala de entre 1 y 6; x es un entero o fracción en la escala de entre 0 y 10; y es un entero o fracción en la escala de más de 1 a 48; z es un entero o fracción en la escala de entre 0 y 48; v es un entero o fracción en la escala de entre 0 y 24; y w es un entero o fracción en la escala de entre 0 y 24. Un proceso para la preparación de un compuesto de la fórmula I de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el hidróxido de N,N-dimetilpiperidino se reacciona con ácido bórico y/u óxidos con contenido de boro y, como opción, con hidróxidos, óxidos, carbonatos y bicarbonatos metálicos o hidróxido, carbonato o bicarbonato de amonio útiles, y, como opción, con un quelato o una mitad A que forma el complejo.
