Abstract
Un método para formar un material de película respirable. La película que es una mezcla de polímero termoplástico con una carga inorgánica se alimenta entre un primer y segundo cilindros. El primer cilindro comprende una pluralidad de regiones dentadas separadas entre sí por una pluralidad de regiones ranuradas. Las regiones dentadas incluyen una pluralidad de dientes. El segundo cilindro comprende una pluralidad de dientes que engranan con los dientes en el primer cilindro. A medida que la película se alimenta entre el primer y segundo cilindros la porción de la película que pasa entre las regiones ranuradas en el primer cilindro y los dientes en el segundo cilindro la porción de la película que pasa entre las regiones ranuradas en el primer cilindro y los dientes en el segundo cilindro permanece substancialmente plana formando primeras regiones en la película mientras la porción de la película que pasa entre los dientes en el primer cilindro y los dientes en el segundo cilindro se forman en segundas regiones que tienen elementos similares a costillas.Un método para formar una película respirable, dicho método comprende los pasos de:a) suministrar una película que comprende de una mezcla de un polímero termoplástico con un material inorgánico; yb) alimentar dicha película entre un primer rodillo y un segundo rodillo; dicho primer rodillo comprende una pluralidad de regiones dentadas espaciadas por una pluralidad de regiones ranuradas, dichas regiones dentadas comprenden de una pluralidad de dientes, dicho segundo rodillo comprende una pluralidad de dientes y se intermezclan con los dientes en dicho primer rodillo, cuando dicha película es alimentada entre dicho primer rodillo y dicho segundo rodillo la porción de dicha película que esté pasando entre las regiones ranuradas de dicho primer rodillo y por lo menos del segundo rodillo permanece substancialmente plana formando primeras regiones en dicha película mientras que la porción de dicha película que esté pasando entre los dientes en dicho primer rodillo y los dientes de dicho segundo rodillo estará formando segundas regiones con elementos elevados parecidos a costillas. ...
