Abstract
RESUMEN La presente invención se relaciona con el problema de proporcionar: un anticuerpo anti-SIRPα que puede usarse como agente tumoral; y un agente anti-tumoral que contiene el anticuerpo como ingrediente activo. La presente invención es un anticuerpo capaz de unir específicamente a SIRPα humana para inhibir la unión entre SIRPα humana y CD47, anticuerpo contiene: (a) una CDRL1 de cadena ligera que consiste en una secuencia de aminoácidos representada en la SEC. ID NO.: 1; (b) una CDRL2 de cadena ligera que consiste en una secuencia de aminoácidos representada por la SEC. ID NO.: 2; (c) una CDRL3 de cadena ligera que consiste en una secuencia de aminoácidos representada en la SEC. ID NO.: 3; (d) una CDRH1 de cadena pesada que consiste en una secuencia de aminoácidos representada en la SEC. ID NO.: 4; (e) una CDRH2 de cadena pesada que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos representada en la SEC. ID NO.: 5; y (f) una CDRH3 de cadena pesada que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos representada en la SEC. ID NO.: 6, en donde una región constante en cadena pesada es una región constante en cadena pesada de IgG4 humana y un residuo de fenilalanina en la posición 234, un residuo de leucina en la posición 235 y un residuo de serina en la posición 228, numerada de acuerdo con el índice EU como en Kabat et al., se sustituyen por un residuo de alanina, un residuo de alanina y un residuo de prolina, respectivamente.
