Abstract
RESUMEN Se describe que el arroz es tolerante/resistente a los herbicidas, por ejemplo, inhibidores de la ACCasa e inhibidores de la HPPD, o ambos. Para los inhibidores de la ACCasa, 2 regiones cromosómicas diferentes actúan de forma sinérgica al proporcionar resistencia/tolerancia a la misma clase de herbicida. Se describe además el uso del arroz tolerante/resistente a herbicidas para el control de malezas y los métodos para producir arroz tolerante/resistente.
