Abstract
一个旋转体以夹具10为例,它包括传感器56、带放大器的信号处理单元、在一块径向板上留有外部间距地安装的多个发信二极管14和收信二极管16,在同一平面上还安装一个固定的收发信台18。传感器56检测夹具10所钳工具的特有工况。传感器56的信号馈给信号处理单元。在夹具10旋转时,由发信台发出经过收信二极管16接收到的检测命令在信号处理器内处理,再由发信二极管14向收发信台18发回相应的工况信号。
Description
本发明一般涉及一种从旋转体到固定收信台无线传输信号的结构。在旋转体内安装一个检测器以检测旋转体携带零件的工况变化。它若检测出这样一种变化,它就给旋转体上的一个发信器发去一个信号,然后该发信器向收信台发出一个信息。
从第4,090,802号美国专利文件可以得知一种具有安全离合器以防止加工工具破裂或迟钝导致过载的夹具。在过载时,安全离合器动作,闭合一个开关,由此使夹具筒内的一个蓄电池给一个发信器供电,该发信器产生一个高频信号,此高频信号发送给远离此夹具的接收器以便提供声、光显示,或者该高频信号能实际上将装此夹具的机器关闭。
然而,按照这种公知的构思,只能检测和发送“有或无”信息。
按照另一现有技术,在机头内固定安装一个压敏器件,靠加工工具的反作用力加载。压敏器件的输出信号经放大发送给显示器。实际上由此实现了对加工工具反作用力的连续控制。可是由于检测器装于固定不动的机头内,而不是装于转轴自身内,因此检测值易受外界影响(如受轴承摩擦力的影响)而不准确。还由于机器震动和其它影响,误动作也会发生。
本发明的一个目的就是提出一种这样的结构,这种结构可连续或每隔一段时间检测出许多不同工况的精确数值,避免了旋转体外产生的任意影响。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种这样的结构,这种结构能检测出旋转体的震动,以使加工工具的转速最佳化,或检测出不正常的工情等。按照本发明,可检测加工工具、工件、涡轮等破裂即将出现的危险征兆以便在出现破裂前将其停止运转。
本发明再一个目的是提出一种这样的结构,这种结构可使旋转体上的发信器发送的信息由远方控制。特别是在旋转体内的信号处理单元和遥控站之间能够通信。
本发明最后的并非最不重要的目的是提出一种这样的结构,这种结构可将信号从一个旋转体无线传输到这样的一个固定收信台,此收信台包括一个至少部分装于旋转体内的电源单元、一个用于接收来自一个固定发信台信号的收信单元、一个信号处理单元、一个检测所述旋转体携带零件的工情微小变化的高精度传感单元和一个向收信台发送信号的发信单元。信号处理单元分别与传感单元、收信单元和发信单元连接,以使发信单元的输出信号依赖于收信单元的输入信号。
多亏本发明,对于夹具中加工工具的钳压力、工具的刃口状态、工序的开始和结束、工件状态等的瞬时值才能提出质疑。此外,信号处理单元在识别出一种特别危险的工况(例如一种特殊的震动模式)之后,它能自动启动放大器和信号发信单元,以便发出一个警告信号或停机。还有,在失去平衡状态或不正常的震动被检出后,涡轮机可自动制动。再者,任何动态信号都能检出并得到处理,以便控制内燃机的燃烧过程就是一例,还例如在检测出轴承噪声有变化后,可自动注油。
本发明的其它目的、特点和优点从以下几个较佳实施例说明将是显而易见的。

参照图1和图3,一台钻床或一台铣床的夹具10有一个带夹槽12的外法兰,夹槽12的底部有许多径向膛道62。在夹具的里面,与膛道62同径向地分别安置多个发信二极管14和多个收信二极管16。固定的收发信台18安置在夹槽12附近、朝着膛道62径面的机器框架处。收发信台18通过电缆20与控制和显示单元22连接。
参照图2,初级线圈26嵌在主轴箱头,次级线圈28与初级线圈26相邻地嵌在夹具10内以提供一个感应电流源。
图3夹具内的电路的电源可有选择地由夹具10中的蓄电池30供给。夹具10包括一个由两部分组成的外壳32、钳口34、一个为钳口34导向的可移位部件36、一个旋转部件38(可移位部件36螺纹啮合于旋转部件38)、一个螺纹轴40(利用一个操作钳口34的把手,由螺纹轴40以公知的方式使旋转部件38旋转),在旋转部件38的外法兰42与外壳32的台肩44之间串联地将滚珠轴承圈46、实心支撑圈48和环形体50安装在环形法兰42与环形台肩44之间。由于加工工具钳夹在钳口34之间,因此钳压力的反作用力的轴向分量通过部件36、38、46和48传到环形体50,使环形体50预加载。支撑圈48有一个轴向凸杆52,此轴向凸杆52穿过环形腔延伸到环形台肩44区域中的外壳32的一个轴向膛内,由此保障环形体50不旋转。
环形体50与园筒块54在后尾部相联,于是形成一个连接结构单元,此单元内含全部电子设备。此单元嵌在外壳32的阶梯状筒腔内。
在环形体50中以相等外围间距安置三对压敏器件56。合成材料的圆筒块54内含有多个平行板60,在图4中这些平行板60是径向平行的,而在图6所示的第二实施例中这些平板平行于夹具10的旋转轴。将电气和电子元器件58固定在板60上,并按照一个电路图将它们电气连接,构成一个包括一个放大器的信号处理单元,并与压敏器件56连接。发信二极管14和收信二极管16安置在圆筒块54内在其圆柱体的外侧,并沿着等间距的同一径向平面交错地配置,它们在电气上与信号处理单元的放大器连接。二极管14、16中的每一个都与外壳32的圆周壁内的一个径向膛道62在同一径向上,以便通过充满半透明材料64的膛道62发送与接收红外信号。就在圆筒块54的后面,将蓄电池30的筒罩固定在阶梯圆筒腔的直径小的部分里。蓄电池30的中心凸台和蓄电池筒罩的接触环为圆筒块54内的处理单元提供电源。
参照图7至9,内含至少一个其上安置信号处理单元元器件的平板的环形模块154固定在涡轮102的轴100上。信号处理单元在电气上与嵌在轴100上的径向膛内的、并由螺纹环预加载的传感器156连接。固定在涡轮罩102上的轴套104与模块154有间隙地围绕模块154旋转。在模块154内,在第一个径向板上具有外部间距地安置多个发信二极管14,而在第二平行的径向板上安置多个收信二极管16。在轴套104的圆柱体内表面上安置多个发信二极管18a,它们彼此相间一定距离,这样在轴100旋转时它们与收信二极管16相对。在轴套104中的那个第一径向板上安置多个收信二极管18b以接收来自发信二极管14的信号。电源由线圈26、28感应生成。从而,信号处理单元可由控制单元22通过发信二极管18a和收信二极管18b请求信号输出,由此,传感器156的瞬时检测值可通过发信二极管14和收信二极管18b传输给控制单元22。
参照图10和图11,这个实施例包括一个由螺帽固定于内燃机202的曲轴200前端的模块254。此曲轴有一个同轴孔,孔内嵌入传感器256,传感器256由模块254的圆柱凸台预加载。在模块254的无载前部沿着一个圆周,相隔一定周长间距安置发送和接收二极管14、16,如上所述,它们与放置于机罩帽204内的固定收发信台18通过螺帽中的半透明卡件206进行通信。
Claims (12)
1、一种从旋转体(10、100、200)到固定收信台无线传输信号的结构,所述的旋转体(10、100、200)包括:一个至少部分置于旋转体(10、100、200)内的电源(26、28;30)、一个用于接收来自固定发信台(18a)信号的收信单元(16)、一个信号处理单元、一个检测所述旋转体(10、100、200)携带的一个零件的工况微小变化的高精度传感单元(56、156、256)和一个向收信台(18b)发送信号的发信单元(14),信号处理单元分别与传感单元(56、156、256)、收信和发信单元(16、14)连接,由此使发信单元(14)的输出信号依赖于收信单元(16)的输入信号。
2、如权利要求1所要求的一种结构,其中在收信单元(16)接收信号时,信号处理单元至少有一个放大器开启。
3、如权利要求1或2所要求的一种结构,其中发信单元包括多个在与旋转体(10、100、200)的旋转轴垂直的一块公用径向板上与外部相隔一定距离安置的发信器件(14),其中收信单元至少包括一个也安置在上述公用板上的收信器件(16)。
4、如权利要求1至3中任一项所要求的一种结构,其中发信单元包括多个红外光发光二极管(14),而收信单元包括多个红外光光敏管(16)。
5、如权利要求1至4中任一项所要求的一种结构,其中旋转体是一个能夹住包括加工工具与工件在内的零件的夹具(10),此夹具(10)包括:一个用螺纹组件连器的多壳组件组成的外壳(32)、一个可轴向移动但不能转动、可使多个钳口(34)运动的部件(36)、一个与可移动部件(36)螺纹连接的旋转部件(38)、一个提供在旋转部件(38)外表面上的环形法兰(42)、一个在外壳(32)内侧制出的环形台肩(44)、一个滚珠轴承圈(46)、一个实心支撑圈(48)和一个环形体(50),滚珠轴承(46)和实心支撑圈(48)以及环形体(50)串联地安装在环形法兰(42)与环形台肩(44)之间,一个分别相接触,上述传感器单元包括多个具有外部间距安置在上述环形体(50)内的压敏器件(56),上述压敏器件(56)由钳压力的反作用力轴向分量预加载,靠上述钳压力将上述零件钳夹在夹具(10)的钳口(34)之间。
6、如权利要求5所要求的一种结构,其中至少在一块径向板内,在外围间隙内提供多个径向膛道(62),上述膛道(62)穿过外壳(32)的壁与敝口的膛道内部端口完全延伸到外壳内的一个筒腔;其中多个光电器件(14、16)包括一些发光二极管(14)和一些光敏管(16),它们都提供在外壳(32)壁内邻近的上述筒腔内,每一个光电器件(14、16)都安置得其轴线与一个上述膛道的轴线在同一径向上,其中上述多个膛道(62)至少在其外部端口用半透明材料(64)封住。
7、如权利要求6所要求的一种结构,其中为夹具(10)的外壳(32)提供一个环形法兰,在这个环形外法兰中制出一个环形槽,其中上述多个径向膛道(62)其外部端口在上述环形槽(12)的底部敝开。
8、如权利要求1至7中任一项所要求的一种结构,其中信号处理单元包括多个有一定间距的平行板(60),在上述这些板(60)上固定一些电气和电子元器件(58),上述这些板(60)都封装在一个由合成材料制成的园筒块(54)内,上述园筒块(54)的直径比环形体(50)的直径小,两者连接在一起,于是组成一个轴向可插接的连接单元,该单元不能旋转,安装在上述外壳(32)内。
9、如权利要求8所要求的一种结构,其中上述发信单元(14)和收信单元(16)都安装在上述园筒块(54)内,并位于其园柱体的外侧上。
10、如权利要求8所要求的一种结构,其中上述多个有一定间距的平行板(60)都放置在径向面上。
11、如权利要求8所要求的一种结构,其中上述多个有一定距离的平行板(60)都放置在与旋转体(10)的轴相平行的平面内。
12、如权利要求1至4中任一项所要求的一种结构,其中上述旋转体固定在一个包括机器、引擎(202)、泵、涡轮(102)和转子在内的物品组的轴(100、200)上。
