Claims (12)

  1. 회전체(10,100,200)내에 최소한 부분적으로 결합된 전류 공급기(26,28,30)를 구비하며, 상기 회전체(10,100,200)는 정지상태의 전송 스테이션(18a)에서 오는 신호를 수납하기 위한 수신다이오드(16)를 구비하며, 신호처리기를 구비하며, 상기 회전체(10,100,200)와 함께 회전하는 물체의 작업상태의 미세한 변화까지도 검출할 수 있는 고정밀 감지기(56,156,256)를 구비하며, 그리고 수신 스테이션(18b)에 신호를 전달하기 위한 전송다이오드(14)를 구비하며, 상기 신호처리기는 감지기(56,156,256) 및 수신 및 전송다이오드(14,16)와 각각 작동가능하게 연결되있으며, 이에 의해 전송다이오드(14)의 출력신호는 수신다이오드(16)의 입력신호에 따르게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전체(10,100,200)로부터 정지상태의 수신스테이션(18b)으로 무선신호를 전송하는 장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서 수신다이오드(16)에서 신호를 받을 때 신호처리기의 최소한 하나의 증폭기가 작동화되는 것.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전송기는 회전체(10,100,200)의 회전축에 직각으로 형성된 공통의 반경방향 평면상에 여러개의 전송다이오드(14)가 원주방향에 간격을 가지고 배열되있으며, 여기서 수신기는 상기 공통평면에 배열된 최소한 하나의 수신다이오드(16)를 구비하는 것.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 전송기는 여러개의 적외선 발사 다이오드를 구비하며, 수신기는 여러개의 적외선 민감성 셀을 구비하는 것.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서 회전체는 공구나 작업물체로 구성된 물체를 끼우는 처크(10)이며, 처크(10)는 하우징(32)을 구비하며, 하우징(32)은 나사로 접합시킨 여러개의 하우징 부분으로 구성되며, 처크(10)는 또한 여러개의 죠(34)를 움직이기 위한, 축방향으로 이동가능하고 비 회전성인 부재(36)를 구비하며, 회전성 부재(38)는 이동성 부재(36)와 나사식으로 결합하여, 회전성 부재(38)는 그 외측주변에 환형 플렌지(42)를 구비하며, 하우징(32)내에는 환형의 숄더(44)가 형성되 있으며, 볼베어링 링(46)과 견고한 지지링(48)과 환형의 몸체(50)가 환형의 플렌지(42)와 환형의 숄더(44)사이에 직렬로 배열 설치되 있으며, 이들은 각자 서로 접촉한 상태이며, 상기 감지기는 상기 환형의 몸체내에 주변 간격을 두고 배열된 여러개의 압력에 민감한 요소(56)를 구비하며, 상기 압력에 민감한 요소(56)는 조이는 힘의 축방향반동요소에 의한 예비부하를 축방향으로 받고 있으며, 이 힘은 처크(10)의 죠(34)사이에 상기 물체를 클램프하고 있는 그 힘을 가리키는 것.
  6. 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 반경방향 평면내에 여러개의 반경방향 구멍(62)이 주변간격을 가지고 구비되며, 이 구멍(62)들은 하우징(32)의 주변벽을 완전히 통하여 연장되 있는 동시에 하우징내의 실린더형 쳄버의 내부 끝과 통하여 있으며, 한편 광방사 다이오드 및 광민감성셀을 구비한 광전자 요소인 전송 및 수신다이오드(14,16)들은 하우징(32)의 주변벽의 내주면에 인접한 상기 실린더형 쳄버내에 구비되며, 광전자요소(14,16)들의 중심축의 각각은 상기 구멍(62)중 하나의 중심축과 반경방향으로 맞추어져 있으며 또 한편 상기 여러개의 구멍(62)들은 최소한 그 외측끝이 반투명 물질(64)로 폐쇄되어 있는 것.
  7. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 처크(10)의 하우징(32)에는 환형의 외부플렌지가 구비되고, 이 플렌지에는 환형의 홈(12)이 형성되 있으며, 한편 상기 여러개의 반경방향 구멍(62)들의 외측 끝은 상기 홈(12)의 밑부분으로 통하여 있는 것.
  8. 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 신호처리기는 여러개의 간격진 평행판(60)을 구비하며, 전기 및 전자 부품(58)들은 상기 평행판(60)에 부착되며, 상기 평행판(60)은 합성물질로 구성된 원형의 실린더형 블록(54)내에 덮어 씌워져 있으며, 상기 실린더형 블록(54)은 환형의 몸체(50)보다 직경이 더 작고 환형의 몸체(50)와 연결되어 이 두가지가 합하여 축방향으로 삽입가능한 삽입기구를 형성하며, 이 삽입기구는 상기 하우징(32)내에 회전 가능하지 않게 설치되어 있는 것.
  9. 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 전송기 및 수신기가 상기 블록(54)내의 외측주변 부위에 설치되는 것.
  10. 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 상기 여러개의 간격진 평행판(60)은 반경방향 평면에 배열되 있는 것.
  11. 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 상기 여러개의 간격진 평행판(60)은 회전체(10)의 중심축과 평행한 면에 배열되 있는 것.
  12. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 상기 회전체가 기계, 엔진(202), 펌프, 터빈(102) 및 로터등으로 구성된 군의 축(100,200)에 조여지는 것.
