Abstract

一种竖框构件，它可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组，以便获得可拆卸的中空隔墙，其特征在于：
— —上述竖框构件(1)包括纵向相对的横向悬挂装置(4)；
— —上述嵌板(5)沿其各自的垂直边缘上有许多同一取向的挂钩装置(6)，在相对悬挂的条件下，上述嵌板可成对地安装在上述竖框构件中各自的悬挂装置上。

Description

本发明涉及一种从地板到天花板的，带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，用以获得可拆卸的中空隔墙。
在现有技术中，为了获得可拆卸的隔墙，从地板到天花板的、带有可固定的嵌板组的竖框构件，是众所周知的。
为了把各个嵌板固定在竖框构件上，要采用两种不同的固定方法：螺杆装置固定或夹紧装置固定。
目前所采用的固定办法以及上述现有技术存在的缺点是：
-在采用第一种固定办法的情况下，固定和拆卸隔墙很复杂，用螺杆将各个嵌板从竖框构件上卸下和拧紧在上面需要很多时间。
-在采用第二种固定办法的情况下，夹紧装置复杂而且不允许随便拆卸。
此外，上述这些固定方法都采用单块的夹层板来构成各自的墙，要在板的里面安装管道、连接电线是不易做到的。
另外的解决办法是分别用两块盖板相对构成墙体，这种解决办法很容易布置里面的管道和导线，但要在覆盖之前进行，拆卸是非常困难的。
本发明提供了一种克服上述缺点的解决办法，亦即提供一种竖框构件，它可固定在地板到天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组，以便获得可拆卸的中空隔墙，其中：
-所述竖框构件包括纵向相对的横向悬挂装置;
-所述嵌板沿其各自的垂直边缘上有许多同一取向的挂钩装置;允许所述嵌板在相对悬挂的情况下，成对地安装到所述竖框构件装置中各自的悬挂装置上。
在最佳实施例中，用一个中间构件连接上述纵向相对的横向悬挂装置。
在另一实施例中，在上述的竖框构件中的纵向悬挂装置在各自的中间构件内也有，所述中间构件与上述纵向相对的横向悬挂装置相连。
在最佳实施例中，首先在薄金属板各自的相对边缘进行冷冲剪切，随后再弯折薄金属板，从而在垂直边缘上形成许多挂钩，也就是在上述嵌板上形成所述的挂钩装置，隔热材料包在折弯的薄板内。
在另一最佳实施例中，上述嵌板内装有供暖装置。
在一个实施例中，上述的竖框构件是由两根“U”形型材做成的，这两根型材放置成“H”形，并装有一组销钉，各自相对的嵌板挂装在这些销钉上。
在另外一个替代的最佳实施例中，上述竖框构件由一块金属板形成两个相对的矩形管，在各自的表面上通过冷冲剪切形成悬挂装置。
本发明的优点主要是：
-构成的墙壁结构具有很高的强度;
-此墙壁易于迅速安装和拆卸，因而也便于检查内部;
-隔热材料，供暖装置，卫生管道，管系，电线等可以放在墙中的空隙内。
-用同样的装置可以安装和拆卸有门和装有玻璃的嵌板。
-带空隙的双重嵌板具有良好的隔热和防火性能。
下面将参照附图详细地叙述本发明的几个最佳实施例，其中：
图1是装有悬挂嵌板的竖框构件和相对悬挂的两块嵌板安装前的透视图;
图2是准备安装的与隔墙90°角连接的嵌板的透视图;
图3是一块垂直嵌板安装前连接处的局部透视图;
图4是此墙垂直方向剖视图，可分别观察竖框构件与地板、天花板的连接，嵌板下部的细节也进一步被反映出来;
图5是竖框与天花板型材的一种特殊安装法的透视图;
图6是装有金属薄板面和玻璃框型材的嵌板细部的垂直剖视图;
图7是安装结束后的垂直竖框的装配图，嵌板具有金属薄板表面和包在里面的耐火材料;
图8示出竖框一侧装有带金属边缘的木嵌板，另一侧装有镶玻璃型材嵌板的装配图;
图9是为了运输时包括体积最小而将相同的带所述金属边缘的嵌板叠放在一起时的视图;
图10是装有拐角墙的装配图;
图11、12和13是竖框和嵌板某些特殊安装的装配图;
图1A是经过改进的竖框构件的正面透视图;
图2A是带有各自相对悬挂安装的嵌板的竖框构件的水平剖视图;
图3A是各嵌板边缘的局部正面透视图。
根据图1到13，墙壁结构包括利用“U”形型材（1）和（2），前者附着在天花板上。后者附着在地板上，它们由地板到天花板之间的双“U”形竖框（3）支撑着。
在这个双“U”形竖框构件3内，横向插有悬挂嵌板用的销钉件（4）。
在嵌板（5）两相对垂直边缘上有许多冲压挂钩。用来将嵌板安装在竖框构件上。
通过图1、4中的伸长螺杆装置（7、8）和弹簧装置（9）使型材（1）贴紧到天花板上，与装上的竖框构件（3）形成整体。型材（2）安装在地板上，通过螺杆（10）支撑竖框构件，并与竖框（3）和可调螺栓（11）形成整体。上述的螺杆（7和10）可以在如图11所示竖框的边上使用，也可以在如图12和13所示两型材的中间使用，以便根据需要改变嵌板间的间隔厚度。
此外，可以用型材自身的两个伸出板（12）将竖框（3）装到上型材（1）上，如图5所示。金属表面的嵌板（5）的内侧可包有石膏板（13）或其它耐火材料。
由两块嵌板形成的空间可用其它隔音及隔热材料（14）填充（图3）。
此外，为了改善防火条件，嵌板（5）的边缘可做成弧形，如图7所示。
嵌板也可用木板或刨花板，或其它类似的材料制成，借助于与以前描述的嵌板（5）的挂钩装置相同的各个挂钩装置（6），就可将其金属或塑料的侧边缘（5）安到销钉（4）上。见图3A。
为了构成相互垂直的墙壁（图3），挂钩（16）固定在两个竖框型材（3）之间。这些挂钩（16）与嵌板（5）的挂钩（6）相同，而且也是通过相同的悬挂方式将其挂到销钉（4）上。
嵌板的下端可保持在略高于地板的位置，如图4中细部（17）所示，或者为了浴室或盥洗室的防水可以用油毡或类似的地板成角度地插入其内，如细部18所示;或采用密封，如细部19所示。
用同样的挂钩装置，通过型材（21）及其后边的一组与嵌板相同的挂钩，将装玻璃的嵌板（20）（图6和8）挂到销钉（4）上。
任何种类的门（22）（图10），可以通过作为门框的型材（23）用相同的挂钩装置安装在竖框（3）上。
通过型材（6）也可以将角墙的嵌板采用挂钩方式安装到竖框销钉（4）上。
如图1A、2A、3A所示，通过钢板冲压剪切和下料弯折，可以获得一种改进型的竖框结构（3），其截面形状为用一个中间构件（S′）相连结的双箱体（S）。在每个箱体的外侧，开有一些孔（f），而且在中间的连接部件上也开有一些孔（f′），这样便获得了各自的悬挂装置（4）。
薄金属嵌板（5）的内部粘结着方块形石膏板（13），同时各自的弯折悬挂边缘上有许多挂钩（6），这些挂钩（6）是在压弯之前予先冲压下料形成的。
所述嵌板可用适合于这种用途的任何材料制造，而且在各自边缘上的挂钩可以具有任何适当的形状，这并不越出本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

1、一种竖框构件，它可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组，以便获得可拆卸的中空隔墙，其特征在于：
--上述竖框构件(1)包括纵向相对的横向悬挂装置(4)；
--上述嵌板(5)沿其各自的垂直边缘上有许多同一取向的挂钩装置(6)，在相对悬挂的条件下，上述嵌板可成对地安装在上述竖框构件中各自的悬挂装置上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于用一个中间构件（7-10，S′）连接上述纵向相对的横向悬挂装置（4）。
3、根据权利要求1所述可固定在地板和天花板之间并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于上述竖框构件（3）中的上述纵向悬挂装置（4）在各个中间构件（S′-f′）内也有，所述中间构件与上述纵向相对的横向悬挂装置相连。
4、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于首先在薄金属各自的相对边缘上进行冷冲剪切，随后再折弯薄金属板，从而在垂直边缘上形成许多挂钩，也就是在上述嵌板（5）上形成上述的挂钩装置（6）。
5、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于隔热材料（13）包在嵌板（5）折弯的薄板内。
6、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于上述嵌板（5）内装有供暖装置。
7、根据权利要求1所述的固定在地板和天花板之间并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于用两根“U”形型材做成上述的竖框构件（3），这两根型材放置成“H”形，且装有一组销钉（4），各自相对的嵌板（5）挂装在这些销钉（4）上。
8、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于把一块金属板加工成两个相对的矩形管（S），从而形成上述竖框构件（3），在各自的表面（f;f′）上通过冷冲压，形成悬挂装置（4）。
9、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于上述竖框构件装有连接螺杆装置，它们与贴在上、下端的“U”形型材（1、2）相连，从而把（1、2）分别固定在天花板和地板上。
10、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于它包括设有/可能有中间挂钩装置（16）的第二种竖框构件（3），以实现拐角连接。
11、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于沿着每块嵌板（5）各自的边缘上固定一块单独的型材（15），从而形成上述的挂钩装置（6）。
12、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于上述挂钩装置（6）具有成型的加宽外廓，以便上述壁板能成堆地叠放在一起。
13、根据权利要求1所述的可固定在地板和天花板之间，并带有可悬挂嵌板组的竖框构件，其特征在于上述的挂钩装置（6）的水平截面可做成弧形。
