Abstract

In partitions made from metal frames, clad with metal panels or plasterboard sheets the frame elements (12) are made from sheet metal and are of box section, with rolled joints 13, and the panels or sheets are located and secured by clips (17, 27). The clips (17) may be separate, as at (17), Fig. 4, and cam into the frame elements (12) along panel or sheet edges, around which they hook, or they may be secured to the frame elements as at (27), Fig. 6, when the panels (33) have slots (38-40), with a cam edge (39) whereby they are hooked on to hook portions (29) of the clips (27). <IMAGE>
