本实用新型公开一种新型圆锥滚子轴承,具有轴承外圈(1)、内圈(2)、一组滚子(3)和保持架(4);其轴承外圈(1)设置有呈对数母线的外圈滚道(5)与呈对数母线的滚子(3)接触,其滚子(3)与轴承内圈(2)设置呈对数母线的内圈滚道(6)接触,其轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)之间设有保持架(4)。本实用新型采用合理的滚子、滚道母线凸度设计,消除滚子与滚道之间接触应力分布的奇异性,使轴承的接触应力分布尽可能均匀,并使轴承具有一定的抗偏斜能力。

本实用新型涉及滚子轴承技术领域,一种新型圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术:
目前,在汽车、轧机、矿山、冶金、塑料机械等行业广泛使用的圆锥滚子轴承,在现有技术中,该轴承的滚子、滚道母线一般采用的是直母线设计,滚子与滚道接触时,在接触边缘处将产生奇异应力分布,从而使滚子或滚道在靠近滚子端部附近发生早期疲劳剥落;滚子、滚道母线采用圆弧修缘母线设计时,当载荷发生变化,同样产生奇异应力分布,造成轴承过早失效。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型圆锥滚子轴承,可大幅度提高圆锥滚子轴承承载能力、延长圆锥滚子轴承寿命及可靠性。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,具有轴承外圈、内圈、一组滚子和保持架;其轴承外圈设置有呈对数母线的外圈滚道与呈对数母线的滚子接触,其滚子与轴承内圈设置呈对数母线的内圈滚道接触,其轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有保持架。
所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其内圈、外圈和滚子呈对数母线形式的凸出量根据轴承型号和载荷而定;其母线凸度包含:滚子、外圈、内圈、滚道母线的凸型和凸度量。
所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其外圈滚道对数母线的凸型呈对数几何形状。
所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其内圈滚道对数母线的凸型呈对数几何形状。
所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其滚子对数母线的凸型呈对数几何形状。
所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其新型圆锥滚子轴承可为双列,其内圈、外圈滚道及滚子母线的凸型呈对数几何形状;其外圈的中间设置有若干个油孔,两个内圈之间设置有隔圈;隔圈与内圈之间设置有若干个储油槽。
所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,也可为四列或多列,其内、外圈滚道及滚子母线的凸型呈对数几何形状。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本实用新型具有如下优越性:
本实用新型的圆锥滚子轴承采用合理的滚子、滚道母线呈对数几何形状1的凸度设计,消除滚子与滚道之间接触应力分布的奇异性,使轴承的接触应力分布尽可能均匀,并使轴承具有一定的抗偏斜能力。

实施例一:
如图1、2、3、4所示,该新型圆锥滚子轴承,是借助有限元分析的方法,利用计算机辅助软件通过建立圆锥滚子轴承几何模型、有限元模型、对多种设计方案进行对比仿真分析,根据仿真分析结果,确定出合理的或最佳的滚子、滚道凸型方程和凸度量设计方案。
该新型圆锥滚子轴承,具有轴承外圈(1)、内圈(2)、一组滚子(3)和保持架(4);其轴承外圈(1)设置有呈对数母线的外圈滚道(5)与呈对数母线的滚子(3)接触,其滚子(3)与轴承内圈(2)设置呈对数母线几何形状的内圈滚道(6)接触,其轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)之间的滚子(3)周围设置有保持架(4)。其内、外圈和滚子的母线呈对数母线形式,其母线的凸出量根据轴承型号而变化;其母线凸度包含:滚子、滚道母线的凸型和凸度量。其外圈滚道对数母线(7)的凸型呈对数几何形状;其内圈滚道对数母线(8)的凸型呈对数几何形状;其滚子对数母线(9)的凸型呈对数几何形状;
该新型圆锥滚子轴承,其外圈(1)、内圈(2)和滚子(3)的形状结构分别如图2、图3和图4所示,外圈(1)、内圈(2)滚道母线为对数曲线形,其内、外圈滚道、滚子(3)的母线凸度设计包含两方面内容:滚子、滚道母线凸型设计和凸度量设计。滚子、滚道母线凸型设计指滚子、滚道母线的几何形状,它与接触应力分布规律密切相关;滚子、滚道母线凸度量指滚子、滚道表面上的点相对于规定参考点的最大径向距离,它与滚子、滚道母线形状及轴承使用条件有关,凸度量的大小,直接影响到滚子轴承接触应力的大小。
其凸度量方程形式分别为Y=a1Ln(1+b1x2+c1x3)x∈(m1,n1)、Y=a2Ln(1+b2x2+c2x3)x∈(m2,n2),滚子母线为对数曲线形式,凸度量方程形式为Y=a3Ln(1+b3x2+c3x3)x∈(m3,n3)。
实施例二:
如图5所示,该新型圆锥滚子轴承为双列,其由两个单列圆锥滚子轴承构成的对称结构,其外圈(1)的中间设置有若干个油孔(10),两个内圈(2)之间设置有若干个隔圈(11);隔圈(11)与内圈(2)之间设置有若干个储油槽(12)。其内圈滚道(6)、外圈滚道(5)及滚子(3)母线的几何形状同实施例一,呈对数几何形状;同理,该新型圆锥滚子轴承也可为四列或多列,但其内圈滚道、外圈滚道及滚子母线的几何形状同实施例一也呈对数几何形状。

Claims (7)

1、一种新型圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:具有轴承外圈(1)、内圈(2)、一组滚子(3)和保持架(4);其轴承外圈(1)设置有呈对数母线的外圈滚道(5)与呈对数母线的滚子(3)接触,其滚子(3)与轴承内圈(2)设置呈对数母线的内圈滚道(6)接触,其轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)之间设有保持架(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:其内圈(2)、外圈(1)和滚子(3)呈对数母线形式的凸出量根据轴承型号和载荷而定;其母线凸度包含:滚子(3)、外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚道母线的凸型和凸度量。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:其外圈滚道对数母线(7)的凸型呈对数几何形状。
4、根据权利要求1所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:其内圈滚道对数母线(8)的凸型呈对数几何形状。
5、根据权利要求1所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:其滚子对数母线(9)的凸型呈对数几何形状。
6、根据权利要求1所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承可为双列,其内圈滚道(6)、外圈滚道(5)和滚子(3)母线的凸型呈对数几何形状;其外圈(1)的中间设置有若干个油孔(10),两个内圈(2)之间设置有隔圈(11);隔圈(11)与内圈(2)之间设置有若干个储油槽(12)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的新型圆锥滚子轴承也可为四列或多列,其内圈滚道(6)、外圈滚道(5)和滚子(3)母线的凸型呈对数几何形状。
