Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种以热轧工艺生产麻花钻的设备中所使用的麻花钻轧制模板。该麻花钻轧制模板包括有一个圆形的基体,在圆形基体的边缘开有一个缺口,圆形基体的中心为用来与轧辊轴安装的安装孔。本实用新型在轧制过程中可以最大限度地增加毛坯与模板相对运动的距离,从而可轧制加长的麻花钻产品。

本实用新型涉及一种以热轧工艺生产麻花钻的设备中所使用的麻花钻轧制模板。
背景技术
麻花钻的热轧工艺,如附图1和附图2所示,是由四个安装在轧辊上并以一定角度与钻头毛坯B倾斜安装的模板A形成一个孔型,四个轧辊同步连续旋转,将经高频加热至锻造温度的钻头毛坯从柄部端送入模板间的孔形,将其轧制成型。轧制时,由于轧辊与毛坯中心成一个夹角,所以模板的转动除了使工件成型外,工件还产生转动和轴向运动,形成麻花钻截形。其中两块模板轧沟槽,两块模板轧刃背。传统结构的模板均为扇形,因而受扇形弧长的限制其仅能够轧制长度较短的麻花钻,无法适用于加长规格麻花钻的轧制。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够轧制较长的麻花钻的麻花钻轧制模板。
本实用新型的麻花钻轧制模板包括有一个圆形的基体,在圆形基体的边缘开有一个缺口,圆形基体的中心为用来与轧辊轴安装的安装孔。
本实用新型的轧制模板由于具有圆形的基体,因而在轧制过程中可以最大限度地增加毛坯与模板相对运动的距离,从而可轧制加长的麻花钻产品(最长可达400mm)。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,本实用新型麻花钻轧制模板的基体1呈圆形,基体中心设置用来与轧辊轴安装的安装孔2,圆形基体的边缘开有一个缺口3。缺口的作用是在轧制开始前使工件柄部能够从缺口处进入,让开轧制区。随着扇形板的转动工件从槽尾开始进入轧制区,直至轧制完成。
