Abstract

本实用新型提供一种尽可能地消除热膨胀产生的应力流延膜机挤出机构的移动装置。其包括有整体底座、导轨、活动轮、限位挡块,减速箱和电机置于整体底座上,该底座两侧各装有一排活动轮,其中一侧用V槽轮,另一侧用平底轮,导轨安装在机架平台上,导轨前后装有限位挡块,挤出机在有限的行程范围内前后滑动。挤出机工作时,模头横梁固定在抛出臂上,即模头位置不变,螺筒加热时,受热膨胀的作用整个挤出机本体向后移动,无内应力或很小的内应力不会导致螺筒变形,螺筒与螺杆之间基本就没有摩擦,震动问题就解决了。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及制造塑料薄膜的流延膜塑料机械,特指一种可有效地解决螺筒因加热膨胀产生的应力所引起的挤出机本体和模头震动的问题挤出机构的移动装置。
背景技术:
现有技术中,流延膜机挤出机构的本体通过电机和减速箱的连接板用螺栓直接固定在机架平台上,模头横梁亦用螺栓固定在抛出臂上,挤出机工作时,螺筒因热膨胀产生的应力无法释放,使螺筒产生轻微的弯曲变形,而螺杆总是在不停地转动,与螺筒内壁产生摩擦,震动就是由这种摩擦引起,温度愈高,转速愈高,热应力愈大,震动就愈强烈。模头的震动直接影响了拉膜的质量,而螺杆与螺筒的磨损则导致挤出量降低,影响生产效率。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种尽可能地消除热膨胀产生的应力流延膜机挤出机构的移动装置。
为实现上述目的本实用新型提供的技术方案为:包括有整体底座、导轨、活动轮、限位挡块,减速箱和电机置于整体底座上,该底座两侧各装有一排活动轮,其中一侧用V槽轮,V槽轮起到限位作用,另一侧用平底轮,导轨安装在机架平台上,导轨前后装有限位挡块,挤出机在有限的行程范围内前后滑动。挤出机工作时,模头横梁固定在抛出臂上,即模头位置不变,螺筒加热时,受热膨胀的作用整个挤出机本体向后移动,无内应力或很小的内应力不会导致螺筒变形,螺筒与螺杆之间基本就没有摩擦,震动问题就解决了。

具体实施方式:
参见实施例图1~图2,将减速箱和电机置于一整体底座1上,底座两侧各装一排活动轮3,机架平台上安装导轨2,导轨2前后装有限位挡块4,挤出机构在有限的行程范围内前后滑动,同时,整体底座1两侧的活动轮3,其中一侧用V槽轮31,另一侧用平底轮32,V槽轮起到限位作用。

1、流延膜机挤出机构的移动装置,包括有整体底座(1)、导轨(2)、活动轮(3)、限位挡块(4),其特征在于:减速箱和电机置于整体底座(1)上,该底座两侧各装有一排活动轮(3),其中一侧用V槽轮(31),另一侧用平底轮(32),导轨(2)安装在机架平台上,导轨(2)前后装有限位挡块(4)。
