高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于它包括驱动电机、减速机、螺筒螺杆、加热器及机头;所述驱动电机与减速机通过联轴器连接;所述螺筒螺杆安装在减速机上;所述螺筒螺杆外设有加热器;所述机头安装于螺筒螺杆的输出端。本发明的优越性:本装置产出的产品管径及管壁的尺寸统一,并且可以根据需要控制生产速度,提高了工作效率和质量。
Description
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及一种灌溉用滴灌管的加工设备,尤其是高效滴灌管挤出机。
(二)背景技术:
目前,农业灌溉大多采用滴灌形式,而滴灌管是进行滴灌的基础部件之一。现在生产滴灌管的方法主要是真空吸塑法,但是用这种方法制成的滴灌管的管径和管壁厚度往往会出现不一致的情况,并且出管的速度也很难得到控制。
(三)发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效滴灌管挤出机,它能够解决现有技术的不足,有效提高滴灌管的生产质量和生产效率。
本发明的技术方案:高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于它包括驱动电机、减速机、螺筒螺杆、加热器及机头;所述驱动电机与减速机通过联轴器连接;所述螺筒螺杆安装在减速机上;所述螺筒螺杆外设有加热器;所述机头安装于螺筒螺杆的输出端。
所述螺筒螺杆上安装有四个加热器。
所述机头与螺筒螺杆的输出端之间安装换网器。
所述机头,换网器与螺筒螺杆之间通过连接件连接。
所述驱动电机与减速机安装于电机座上;所述电机座安装在底座上;所述电机座下面设有滚轮。
所述机头设置有模具。
本发明的工作原理:驱动电机带动减速机旋转为螺筒螺杆提供动力;原料进入螺筒螺杆,进行加热后,当原料被加热器加热成液态,通过换网器将颗粒过滤后送入机头;机头将原料成型输送给生产线。因为螺筒螺杆在加热过程中会受热膨胀,所以电机座与底座之间装有滚轮,当螺筒螺杆受热膨胀后,电机座会自动后移。
本发明的优越性:本装置产出的产品管径及管壁的尺寸统一,并且可以根据需要控制生产速度,提高了工作效率和质量。

实施例:高效滴灌管挤出机(见附图),其特征在于它包括驱动电机8、减速机9、螺筒螺杆4、加热器7及机头1;所述驱动电机8与减速机9通过联轴器连接;所述螺筒螺杆4安装在减速机9上;所述螺筒螺杆4外设有加热器7;所述机头1安装于螺筒螺杆4的输出端。
所述螺筒螺杆4上安装有四个加热器7。(见附图)
所述机头1与螺筒螺杆4的输出端之间安装换网器2。(见附图)
所述机头1,换网器2与螺筒螺杆4之间通过连接件3连接。(见附图)
所述驱动电机8与减速机9安装于电机座6上;所述电机座6安装在底座5上;所述电机座6下面设有滚轮。(见附图)

本实施例的工作原理:驱动电机8带动减速机9旋转为螺筒螺杆4提供动力;原料进入螺筒螺杆4,进行加热后,当原料被加热器7加热成液态,通过换网器2将颗粒过滤后送入机头1;机头1将原料成型输送给生产线。因为螺筒螺杆4在加热过程中会受热膨胀,所以电机座6与底座5之间装有滚轮,当螺筒螺杆受热膨胀后,电机座6会自动后移。

1.高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于它包括驱动电机、减速机、螺筒螺杆、加热器及机头;所述驱动电机与减速机通过联轴器连接;所述螺筒螺杆安装在减速机上;所述螺筒螺杆外设有加热器;所述机头安装于螺筒螺杆的输出端。
2.根据权利要求1所述高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于所述螺筒螺杆上安装有四个加热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于所述机头与螺筒螺杆的输出端之间安装换网器。
4.根据权利要求3所述高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于所述机头,换网器与螺筒螺杆之间通过连接件连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于所述驱动电机与减速机安装于电机座上;所述电机座安装在底座上;所述电机座下面设有滚轮。
6.根据权利要求1所述高效滴灌管挤出机,其特征在于所述机头设置有模具。
