本实用新型涉及摩托车的减震筒,特别涉及一种能降低摩托车震动和噪音,耐磨性好的镁合金减震筒。
背景技术
减震器是摩托车上制动系统中的重要的部件之一,主要用于减少摩托车在运行过程中产生的震动。通常安装在减震器中的弹簧,前、后叉管等部件的外面套有减震筒,因此摩托车在运行过程中,减震筒内壁常会受到减震器中的部件的摩擦,是摩托车易损部件之一。目前普遍使用的摩托车减震筒,采用的材料是铝合金,虽然铝合金具有强度高的特点,但是摩托车在高速运动中的震动强度和震动频率相当高,由于铝合金的减震性和降噪性相对较弱,因此摩托车的震动强烈、噪音较大,油耗高,耐磨性不高,并且还会影响摩托车的寿命及驾乘舒适性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种摩托车的镁合金减震筒。它能降低摩托车减震器的震动和噪音,并且能延长减震器的使用寿命,增加摩托车的乘坐舒适性和减震筒的耐磨性,还可以降低摩托车的油耗。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
减震筒内壁覆盖有微弧氧化层或抑弧氧化层的耐磨保护层,减震筒的材料为镁合金。
所述的微弧氧化层或抑弧氧化耐磨层的厚度为5~500微米。
本实用新型采用镁合金作为减震筒的材料,由于镁合金比铝合金轻三分之一,减振率是铝合金的几十倍,因此本减震筒能大大降低发动机的重量,有利于摩托车油耗的降低。由于镁合金的吸噪、减震性能比铝合金好,因此可以降低摩托车的震动和噪声,提高驾乘的舒适性。减震筒内壁的抑弧氧化耐磨层表面光滑且多孔,微弧氧化耐磨层表面相对抑弧氧化较粗糙,但同样多孔。耐磨层多孔有利用储存一部分润滑油,当摩托车运动时可以减小其摩擦系数,提高耐磨性。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2。减震筒1内壁覆盖有微弧氧化层或抑弧氧化层的耐磨保护层2,减震筒1的材料为镁合金。微弧氧化层或抑弧氧化层的耐磨保护层2的厚度为5-500微米。减震筒的内壁上的微弧氧化层或抑弧氧化耐磨层具有表面多孔特性,能储存一部分润滑油,当减震筒内壁受到减震器部件强烈的摩擦时,减震筒内壁储存的润滑油,可以减小其摩擦系数,因此本减震筒的耐磨性高。本减震筒的基体为镁合金,其中镁的含量达70%-95%,由于镁合金的吸噪、减震性能比铝合金好,因此可以降低摩托车的震动和噪声,提高驾乘的舒适性。
